Linhope Street is a three bedroom, three bathroom home in Marylebone. First up inside is the sitting room – simple and classic, but for its contemporary artworks – which leads into the stylish kitchen, just off which there’s a dining area with a family-sized wooden table. Upstairs, the three bedrooms are pastel-painted with original wood floors and pretty, printed soft furnishings. And there’s a sweet little roof terrace here too. The location’s lovely – you’re very close to Regent’s Park, and within easy walking distance of Marylebone High Street. Baker Street tube station is only a six-minute walk away.

This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator; parents should also note that there are lots of internal steps within the home. The fireplace in the master bedroom is ornamental. This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. There is adult-themed art in this home. This home neighbours an old boarded-up pub. This is a much-used home and so shows some signs of wear and tear.
