Heel mooi en fijn hotel. Ligging is goed. Vlakbij 2 metrostations waarbij je zo bij de belangrijkste bezienwaardigheden bent. Op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen van Oxford street. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt erg goed. Ruime keuze. Warme en koude gerechten. Diner was ook erg goed. We hadden halfpension geboekt. We konden door ons theater bezoek geen gebruik maken van het buffet ivm de tijd. We mochten ipv het buffet kiezen van de a la carte diner kaart. Heerlijk gegeten. Zeker een aanrader om halfpension te boeken.

Goede locatie, voldoende ov mogelijkheden op een paar minuten loopafstand; personeel vriendelijk, moderne nette kamers. Wel wat gehorig (als buren geluid maken is dit goed te horen). Al met al zeker een aanrader voor een kort verblijf in Londen!

worst 4 star hotel ever. Reception was slow. could not handle our reservation if it had been made. spread us (3 rooms) all over the hotel. When asking behind an extra pillow 1 you have to wait. and the beds are so short that even me with my legs almost out of bed. (width was our own choice) also the VIP advantages of hotels.com are unprecedented in the hotel itself. the facilities of 4 stars present but not the quality

Kort, maar krachtig verblijf
We hebben één nacht in dit hotel geslapen. Het was heerlijk! Het hotel ziet er erg mooi uit, de kamers hier en daar wat verouderd (douche houder was afgebroken en nachtkasje hing niet recht meer). Maar verder heerlijk geslapen. Enige nadeel was het ontbreken van airco (we verbleven in de zomer in Londen, in een goed hete periode). Het ontbijt was ook meer dan uitstekend. Voor hetgeen we gebruikt hebben van het hotel, was de prijs wellicht aan de hoge kant, maar wanneer je wel veel gebruik maakt van de faciliteiten, is dit zeker een aanrader. Ook redelijk dichtbij de metro en het Euston station (handig voor de Harry Potter fans).

Convenient location for wembley
Hotel is starting to look a little shabby, not in the reception but in the rooms and buffet restaurant. The staff were all very helpful, but the room was only ok, the bed lumpy and hard. The hotel when we mentioned the issue with one of the beds said they had resolved it for us, i'm sure they tried but it wasn't much better. I'm not sure if it's because we prepaid through expedia but our room was between all 4 lifts and right at the front of the corridor, you could hear the neighbours showering very late at night and early in the morning. What we liked was the propensity to Regents Park and Great Portland Street tube. It was only 3 stops from Wembley for our concert, this meant we were back at the hotel quickly after getting onto a tube. I'm not sure it's worth the price, and for a good nights sleep next time i'd pay much less and go with a premier inn! The service is much better than a premier inn, but that doesn't help you sleep.

Fantastisch hotel met perfecte ligging
Fantastische ligging, nét buiten de drukte maar toch centraal. Vriendelijke mensen en voor onze kinderen ook echt top. Leuk kinderpakket bij aankomst. Lekkere bedden, en diner en ontbijt (beide buffet) geweldig. Genoeg keus zonder overdadigheid, kwalitatief goed. Geen frietjes of rijst, alleen hoogstandjes. Heerlijk kaasdessert! Absolute aanrader!!

While initial impressions were high on the junior level suite I quickly was disappointed by a few things 1. This was a mid March visit and the room was so cold that one the first night I slept with the robe on (the robe provided by the hotel). The next day I spoke with someone at the front desk. I explained that my room was freezing last night. They did not seem surprised by the complaint. They quickly stated that a housekeeper would bring a heater to my room. So obviously they had heard this before if you have a heater readily available then you have heard this complaint before. handy to send to the room. 2. The heater brought to the room had a missing wheel and therefore would not sit straight and wobbled. 3. The thermostat in the room even when set to its highest temperature left the room cold. 4. The feel of the bed/mattress. It was a slab of concrete and I woke up sore every morning. 5. I ordered room service one night and the food was marginal at best. 6. Not much of a selection in the mini bar so I left it alone. 7. I left my room card to unlock the door in my room and went to the front desk to ask for another one. I was uncomfortable with the fact that they simply asked me to verify my name in order to get another room card that fell a bit unsafe because anyone could verify my name. This is something that I think of as a female traveling alone. If I return to London I will not use this hotel again.

Theatre trip
The breakfast was delightful, so much choice. We had anjoining room, of which one room had a cracked shower glass partition, only a couple of lifts working. The other room had a flashing head light,,, we could not keep it on. The staff could be more friendly and personable. Most of them looked so miserable, apart from the lady who prepared my omelette.

On first impressions, the hotel was very good, however on arrival we were told our room was unavailable, after paying for a king size deluxe room. We ended up in a room with x2 single beds pushed together which is always not the most comfortable. The restaurant was closed for evening meals. The bar was open for food but the service wasn’t the greatest. Once we went back it the room for the evening it was like a oven so hot, air conditioning wasn’t working. So the night sleep was pretty uncomfortable to be fair. The walls are paper thin you can here everything from the rooms joint to yours, the joining door in the room is only a single door so feels like your with your neighbour at times.

Noisy hotel for sleepless nights
My first night was in a corner room on the 4th floor which faced out towards the busy Euston Rd. It was incredibly hot in the room (and landing areas too) and remained so even after switching the heating off. The hotel told me that aircon was not available at this time of year, so I had to keep the windows open all night listening to horrendous traffic noise! Having had little or no sleep I asked for a quieter room the next day and whilst the traffic noise was slightly reduced, unfortunately the interior walls are very thin, so it was a crying baby, a noisy neighbour on a hands free call and a couple shouting at each other in the room above! Needless to say I checked out and found another place to stay tonight. The hotel is old, has no sound proofing and metal single glazed windows, so unfortunately the rooms are very noisy. I shan’t be going back sorry.

For the price we paid for this hotel, the experience was truly terrible. To start, there were only two working elevators which meant that we were forced to take four flights of stairs several times a day with two children, bags, and a stroller in tow. The breakfast at the supposedly VIP “Level” area was pure chaos with way too many people. And to top it off, the concierge failed to order our van to the airport despite multiple requests which caused a total nightmare on our departure day. I will never stay at this property again and plan to submit a complaint to management.

Modern hotel with beautiful rooms and great selection of toiletries. Bed was a little too firm for me and the noise from other guests disturbed me during the night. Breakfast was fabulous, a wide selection of hot and cold choices.

This was not what I paid for and not what I was promised. The room wasn’t soundproof at all. You could hear every little thing from the hall and neighbor rooms. The bed wasn’t a queen it was 2 hard beds uncomfortable pushed together.
