Om te beginnen was de kamer erg schoon bij aankomst en werkt het systeem om zelf in te checken ook naar behoren. Echter zit er boven de deur in de kamer een ventilatie die tot laat in de avond geluid maakt. Daarnaast is de ontbijtzaal dusdanig klein, dat wij alle ochtenden het ontbijt hebben mee moeten nemen naar onze kamer en het daar vervolgens hebben opgegeten. Dit is natuurlijk niet helemaal het beeld wat je voor ogen hebt. Ook krijgt iedereen 1 grote handdoek en deze wordt pas na 3 dagen verschoont. Echter komt de housekeeping helemaal niet langs in die 3 dagen. Tot slot ging ook nog midden in de nacht het brandalarm af. Al met al een redelijk verblijf gehad, maar door als hotel te werken aan de bovengenoemde punten, kan het nog een stuk aangenamer worden.

Goed en schoon hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Op 10 minuten loop afstand van een groot trein/metro station Liverpool Street station waarvan je door heel London gemakkelijk kan reizen. Fijn hotel als je London bezoekt voor een mooie prijs. Eigen toilet en douch in je kamer. Kluisje voor je waardevolle spullen. Airco op kamer. Winkels in de beurt zoals Tesco en Marcs and spencer. Ook veel eet opties zoals KFC, 5 Guys en McDonald’s. Die 24 uur open is.

Leuke ligging, mooie kamer, hotel ligt kortbij winkels, metro, restaurants. Goed ontbijt met voldoende keuze. Jammer dat ze tussendoor niet kwamen poetsen bij een verblijf van 3 nachten.

Thanks for the feedback.Our hotel is more focused on short stays, from which most of our guests stay a night or two for business meetings.Our Housekeeping team isn't huge and we don't have them available all day, so the way they operate is that every 3 days they will do a full clean but they will change the towels and empty the bins daily, to have enough time to get all rooms clean by 3 pm for our check-insI hope that clarifies it :)Kind regards,

La struttura è stata una piacevole esperienza, siamo stati in due persone in una suite per 3 notti. Camera pulita, posizione eccellente, personale gentile e cortese. Scomodità da segnalare: mancata presenza di bollitore e macchina da caffè o un mini frigo, che sarebbe stato piacevole trovare in camera. È necessario rivolgersi alla reception e al servizio bar per ottenere il servizio desiderato. Camera senza finestra ben ventilata ma piccola, giusta per pochi giorni. In generale consiglio vivamente questo hotel, grazie per il servizio.

The hotel was very clean, and the room was adequate for two people, it is small with a bathroom included. If what you just want is a nice place to sleep, this is a good option. The area is beautiful, you can walk nearby and visit several nearby restaurants. The staff at the entrance was not so friendly, you can only check-in on the screens but I had never seen one and I didn't really know how it worked, after a while of trying they came to help me.

Lage des Hotels ist gut. Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber das ist bekannt wenn man nach London reist. Für einen Städtetrip ausreichend. Frühstück kann nicht bewertet werden, da nicht gebucht. Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber, es gab dunkle Flecken an den Wänden (man möchte nicht wissen was es war). Der Fußboden war auch nicht sauber. (Flecken und sehr staubig)

Lovely room and lots of mod cons. Was quite compact! Great location overall and hotel and room very clean. Only reason for not giving top marks is because the pillows were quite lumpy (we asked for extra which were lumpy too) and there isn’t much privacy when 2 people - you can hear everything in the bathroom

I great room to sleep in, but that's all. The distance from the edge of the bed to the wall is less than the length of an adult shoe, on two of three sides of the bed. The headboard takes another side. Small is small, but this is another level that should be more clearly explained. There are notes in the hotel that say if you need anything ask, but when you ask, it's not possible- no extra pillow, blanket, toiletries. Pleasant staff but don't expect more than a smile.

No tea making facilities nor water in bedroom. Suffered damp and mould smell in room. Hall carpet in LG level uneven with Carpet missing the skirting boards. Shower nozzle leaked/ sprayed out of top. Shower leaked so bathroom floor sodden. Not a nice experience. Z hotels 10x better.
