I arrived early and was able to check in and have acces to the room right away. The room was clean and I was told that for cleaning service, let them know at the reception before 11.00am. The location is perfect. Underground 5 minutes walking distance and many busstops, shops, restaurants etc. in the vicinity.

De badkamer was erg nieuw. De kamers zijn wat klein en gehorig, maar wel erg netjes. Het bed lag prima, wel een twijfelaar. Je kunt gratis koffie, cappuccino en thee pakken. Ook liggen er ´s morgens gratis muffins. Het personeel is behulpzaam. Bagage mag voor inchecken worden neergezet. Verder is het een toplocatie. Veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand en twee metrostations binnen 5 min loopafstand.

Do yourself a favor - find somewhere else to stay!
Hotel was absolutely terrible. Bedding had hair on it and room was dirty, mold in shower, cracks all over walls. TV remote was covered in gunk. Felt disgusting being in the room and would have moved if we had another option and we were only there one night before a flight. We were a family of 4 and had several large suitcases. Our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator so we had to lug all our bags up several very narrow flights of stairs. Room was so tiny that we barely had space for our luggage and could only open one suitcase at a time. Which maybe if the room was not disgusting, we could have overlooked, but this place is a dump and we couldnt wait to leave. Only nice thing to say is that the front desk staff is friendly.

Wir hatten ein Dreibett-Zimmer gebucht. Dieses war für englische Verhältnisse sehr groß, jedoch karg ausgestattet. Es gab keinen Stuhl, keinen kleinen Tisch oder Schrank. Die Betten waren sauber und gemütlich . Das Bad war sehr klein und schimmelig , es gab keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr lieb und freundlich und absolut zuvorkommend . Die Lage des Hotels ist super , die U-Bahn Station Bayswater ist zu Fuß in ca. 4 min. Erreichbar .

Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Koffer kann man an der Rezeption abstellen. Das personal ist Mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der ganz nahen Umgebung gibt es von Restaurant, Bäckerei, Supermarkt und U-Bahn alles was sich wünschen kann.

Staff were great and very friendly. Room had a kettle and tea & coffee that I wasn’t expecting. They also have luggage storage so you can leave your bag when you checkout. But I was persuaded to book because it said the rooms have soundproof walls, they don't. The pictures do not reflect the condition of the room or hotel. We were on the top 3rd floor and judging by many of the comments, families seem to be at the top of the stairs. It is very hot, the fans are inadequate& there is is one fan per room (we asked). The window was broken and would not stay up and the pull down drape in the other room was broken (it actually had white paint on it, so I assume whoever painted the room was too lazy to remove the drape in the first place). The guest wifi was garbage & did not work on the third floor. Further, it was a standard family suite at the top of the third floor that had traditional old, low & wide windows and no screens on them making it very dangerous for wandering toddlers. So the options are sweat in the room or keep the window open for your kid to potentially fall through. I would never rebook here and do not recommend families to book here. We stayed at hostel when we first arrived in London for half the price and honestly it was in better condition.

We cannot place AC systems in our building.Our building is grade 1 listed, which means we cannot change the interior windows but are currently fixing said broken windows as of recent.. All windows do have a safety lock on which stops the windows going above a certain level.The free wifi had been spotty during your stay due to a fully booked hotel but always remained working (we checked) but do apologize for the inconvenience.All of our rooms are pictured online and have not been deceiving to guests while booking.Again, we do apologize for your experience.Kind RegardsKerrieFront Desk

Super beliggende men dårlig rengøringsstandard
Hotellet ligger super godt/centralt på stille vej. Personalet er super flinke. Rengøringen var mangelfuld. Sengelinned var meget beskidt, da vi ankom og vi måtte selv skifte det. Da vi fik noget nyt, var det i øvrigt også beskidt. Du skal selv bede om rengøring og de vurdere så om der skal gøres rent…. Man får da håndklæder som nogle gange er rene, når man beder om rengøring og sengen bliver redt. Støvsugning sker nogle gange. Værelserne er små 12 m2 til 4 personer. Sengene er udemærkede, men obs på dobbeltdyne.

Günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit an toller Lage, was die Anbindung an die Tube betrifft. Circle, Central und District sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war im dritten Stock, was das Schleppen der Koffer natürlich nicht sehr erleichterte. Das Familienzimmer war sehr sehr klein, aber sauber. Die Fenster sind bereits ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen was dazu führt, dass man den Lärm der Strasse leider gut hört. Selbst die Tauben hört man problemlos. Der schwächste Aspekt am Zimmer ist aber die Dusche. Diese ist zwar sehr gross, allerdings ist es Glückssache ob Wasser aus der Duschbrause läuft oder nicht falls man dann doch Glück hat, kann das Wasser durchaus auch kalt sein. Das war sehr unangenehm. Fazit: Wer mit gewissen Abstrichen bei Zugänglichkeit, und Grösse des Zimmers sowie einer dürftigen Dusche leben kann, hat hier eine günstige gut gelegene Möglichkeit gefunden.

Bodde her to netter sammen med mine 2 barn på 8 og 15. Fikk kjellerrom som føltes litt klustrofobisk, men virket som det var nylig gjort renoveringer blant annet på bad. Alt i alt ok i forhold til pris, men små ting som hadde gjort stor forskjell for komforten var et lite bord/stol på rommet, hylle på badet til toalettsaker, nattbord og litt mer valg ift belysning på rommet. Og kanskje litt mer komfortable puter.

It’s an old property( London you know!) they were doing renovations which is good for future stay. They do not have elevator in case this is important for you. They did not clean our room and actually when we check in was not super clean. The staff is SUPER friendly for a couple nights it’s ok to stay. They have many options for lunch and dinner and train station is very close

Great location friendly and helpful staff My only issue was for a family room it was a bit small for three of us not enough room with three big suitcases so had to live out of our suitcases as had no space to unpack otherwise we had a great stay would recommend otherwise also not much natural light but overall we had a great stay

The best thing about the hotel was its location! Very close to Kensington Palace, etc. The facilities were ok. The rooms were small (too small to even have a chair or desk) but they were fairly clean. Also, there's no air or elevator (info on Expedia indicates this). It was essentially a "no bells or whistles" type accommodations. We kept our window open and it made the temperature inside the room bearable. Staff was super friendly and helpful though.

The location is great and the room was pretty clean, but the wifi didn’t work almost at all the entire time we were there which was disappointing and unexpected. Also, our room was a basement room, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere when we booked.

Rooms are very small, no table or seating, no closet but there is a small shelf/rack on the wall, it has a musky/moldy smell, they lock the outside door at 10pm and you have to ring the bell to get back in. With all of this said, the staff I encountered were kind and helpful! This place would be fine for a single traveler who just needed a bed.
