My check-in started with a dispute over the room I had reserved. The slightly arrogant gentleman wanted to allocate a standard room…fortunately I had my Expedia confirmation for the superior room I had actually reserved.
He then insisted on charging a £100 per night deposit, God only knows why !
On my second day, I returned to my room to change at 6pm, but housekeeping had not been there and my room was unattended.
The ultra-modern room was cold and clinical.
Check-out was fine, but I won’t be returning.
