Alles aanwezig op weinig vierkante meters. Ligging nabij metro, restaurants en winkels. Rustige straat en prettige omgeving! Prima om vanuit hier de stad te verkennen.

Goed en rustig hotel
We werden wat onvriendelijk ontvangen wat ons betreft. We wilden inchecken, en de eerste vraag was hoe we wilden betalen, vooraf of achteraf. Terwijl we al hadden betaald. Na dit aangegeven te hebben was het een wat slungelige reactie van: oh het komt wel eens voor dat het systeem niet werkt hier. Hierna werden we naar de kamer gewezen. Kamer was prima voor elkaar, het is niet ruim, maar dat is de verwachting. Wel voldoende ruimte voor alle spullen en het verbaasde ons hoeveel ze in zo'n kleine ruimte hebben gestopt zonder dat het vol voelt.

The hosts at the property were both very rude. When asked to move to another room because we were placed the closest to the door he laughed and said it’s no different from our house. This was not the case and all night we could hear people coming and going. The room itself was a heath and safety risk and I would not advise anyone to stay there with children. The wooden staircase up to the mezzanine was dangerous and easy for someone to slip through with a glass table placed underneath which would end in disaster. The heating was also broken, we ended up having to switch it off at the wall as the room was unbearably hot. The beds were uncomfortable and were in desperate need of mattress toppers.

Very convenient location. The area is also quiet and safe. Love the kitchen and the brightness of the room. However, as a family of three staying for 6 nights - we were only given 60ml of shampoo and 1 toilet paper roll for 6 days. The hotel refused to replenish the supply. The head board above the bed fall off the wall and fortunately it did not hit us. When we told the receptionist, he didn't apologize.

We love the area and this was our 5th trip staying in London and also the longest we've stayed. We ALWAYS stay in this area, there is so much near by, very walkable everywhere, close to 2 tube stations. We loved having an apartment this trip!

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood , but short walking distance to Bayswater and Queensway stations where there are lots of restaurants, convenient stores and drug store. The room was as described. There's even laundry machine inside the room. The mini kitchen is a plus if you don't want to eat out. Great for budget travelers like myself.

Very nice and central apartment in quiet street
Spacious and very nicely renovated apartment – kitchen with all necessary equipment, comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. Caretaker (owner?) Phillip lives in the building and was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. The place is few minutes from the underground and ten minutes' walk from Kensington Gardens, and there are plenty of shops, cafes and so on very close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Clean and quiet property. Wish there were more options for housekeeping perhaps trash collection every other day and kitchen/bathroom cleaning twice a week. I like making my own bed and keeping a tidy kitchen. Would have been helpful to have instructions for microwave use since it was a rather sophisticated utility, I eventually figured it out. Very convenient location less than 10 minute walk to Royal Oak, Queensway and Bayswater tube station also lots of bus lines. If you travel light and take Paddington Express from Heathrow you can get a bus from Paddington station that stops 1 block the hotel. Nice little organic supermarket on Westbourne Grove and short walk to Waitrose.

Great room & location
Stayed for 3 nights. Kitchen is well equipped with a dish washer, washer and drier in the room, good sofa bed in addition to the main bed, large windows and high ceilings. We were on the 1st floor and round the noise from street (rubbish collection vans and other traffic) were noticeable, but all in all we had a very comfortable stay. They were also very accommodating with our luggage and check in/out times, etc.

This stay was a bit “off”
This was our 5th or 6th stay at SpaceApart over the years. In fact, we delayed the London portion of our holiday until we could book our stay here. Sadly, this time, the stay was “off.” We finally rated the largest room in the hotel, or so we were told, but it had a lot of irregularities. To start, even though the room was not ready when we arrived, when we returned later that evening to check-in, the third bed was not prepared for a third guest. None of our electrical converters worked; we called reception, and were told to use the two international outlets adjacent to the toaster and kettle. Throughout our entire stay, the plugs kept slipping out of the sockets. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. Every single morning, the hot water lasted for one of three showers—and not for very long. For the first few days, we waited around in hopes that the hot water heater would do its job, but it was not to be. Perhaps I am accustomed to staying longer, but I seem to remember someone coming in to remove the trash midweek and refreshing towels. It never happened during our six-night stay. We had to request more toilet paper, and were handed one roll. I requested a box of tissues; that never materialized. Abdul tried his best to be helpful, but most of these issues were beyond his control. I used to love food shopping at Marks & Spencer, and now it is gone. However, there is a new Waitrose that is quite good. It’s still a great neighborhood for shops, restaurants, and transport

Dear Rose, I am truly very sorry to hear the negative experience that you had with us on your last stay. Electrical suckers. All our rooms feted with two international sockets on the kitchen wall we never had the problem with guests private electrical appliances however we keep at reception portable adapters and you should been given them. Room clean. We do not enter and service guests rooms for guest’s staying for less than seven days, towels can be given on request. Also we provide the toilet paper as much as need. Hot water. Each room is feted with hot water cylinder which is more than ample to four guest. Each cylinder is fitted with two heating elements. We now find out that one element has been broken down and I am very grateful for your feed back in that matter. I apologise that the problem has not been fix it as it should have during your stay. This was my first time at the property and I loved it. Huge room with comfortable bed and great shower. I was fine not having daily maid service and I had more than enough towels -I didn't use the washer or the kitchen at all but it was great to know it was there. Two tube stops nearby including the Central line which is 24 hours on the weekend. Portablello Road and Notting Hill an easy walk. I can't say enough nice things about this property and this is my new go to hotel when I visit

Space Apart Hotel is in a lovely neighborhood, near public transportation and plenty of shopping. I’m a woman and was staying there by myself but I always felt safe in the hotel as well as walking around the neighborhood. The room was clean and had so many unexpected luxuries! There was a towel warmer, a safe, and an adjustable bed, just to name a few. One of the few criticisms I can make is that the washer/dryer and the microwave controls were confusing, and instructions would have been helpful. Also, there was a communal dryer which worked very well, but the controls were up very high and difficult for a short person to see and reach. Otherwise my stay was perfect. I didn’t want to leave and I plan on staying there again on my next trip to London. I would not hesitate to recommend Space Apart to anyone.

We were stuffed in a basement room that was too small for 2 people. This hotel provides room service only once a week but allows towel exchanges. I received a muted and cold stare when i asked for new towels. The only plus was it's convenientlocation near public transportation and restaurants.
