From the condition of the room itself to the not so helpful front desk at the time of check-in this place was not worth spending a dime! We had to carry our luggages up the stairs while no one would be willing to help us. The bathroom sink was clogged up and so the water wouldn’t go down for days! We brought this up a few times to the front desk and each time we were promised them to fix it but it would never get fixed. The shower had a leak as well and water was running inside the tub all day! On a random Wednesday at noon and while we are recovering from our jet lag, sirens went off for fire and we had to take the stairs through other properties and evacuate only to know that this is a test alarm. Not sure why this was never communicated to us before hand. There are no phones in the rooms and your only communication with the front desk is to actually go downstairs. Looking at the nearby areas, there are lots of other and better properties you can chose from. Never this place.

The apartment was super-nice with very courteous staff taking care for guests 24/7. Absolutely recommendable. We had a very nice, cozy, freshly renovated and clean apartment. The concierge was super-helpful and always available. From the first moment, we felt like being at home. When they needed to enter the apartment to repair things, they made sure that we were comfortable with the timing. Watch out: the oven includes a microwave (we were not aware of this). It is a very calm neighborhood with little traffic, so easy to relax and sleep.

Great location. Nice place but the AC wasn’t working. It was very hot in the night to sleep even though they gave us 2 fans. Important information we didn’t get before booking, they come to clean once a week which for me doesn’t work. I am a neat freak so I spent time cleaning. If I had this information I would have opted for an Airbnb. I didn’t pay over £300 a night to spend my time cleaning and sweating crazy at night. Bathroom didn’t have a telephone shower, for we ladies it’s a bit difficult to clean up well. Other than that it could have been great. Staff however are very friendly.

Loved the location and having such a big apartment room/ had a large bathroom as well. But the aircon was broken upon arrival and nobody informed me until I complained about how hot it was in the room. There was also a weird smell in the room as if someone had been cooking and not having aircon made it worse. But when I told them I booked this hotel just for the AC they agreed to issue a partial refund.

A well-appointed comfortable Apartlet. There was a rooftop view and the room was well designed. We really enjoyed our stay. Amin and the other gentleman (who’s name I forgot to ask) on the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous adding to the comfort of our stay. The only suggestion I have would be to put a fan in the bathroom.

Outside space gave flexibility when the weather was hot and made it easier to enjoy food other than in the apartment. Very clean, no noise and close to Earls Court underground station.

Highly recommended
We loved our appartement. We got access to the terrace from our appartment. Very clean and confortable, close to the underground (metro) and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. The staff is great and very helpful!

Excellent location. Staff is very nice, eager to please and accommodate. Place is exactly as shown on the photos. I recommend this property and would return without hesitation for a stay in London.

Good apartment/flat away from home
I stayed at Templeton Supercity apart hotel for two weeks to self isolate after travel. It was everything it advertise it. The oven was tricky to work, but the hotel staff helped and we got it working. The only complaint I have is that there is a family of foxes living behind the hotel and come out at night between 1 and 4 AM. It sounds terrifying loud. I would recommend a room on the front of the hotel and avoid the back, or you will be awakened every morning.

Great location and apartment
Great location , comfy bed , very hot corridors and rooms so needed air con on even in January ! Close to tube and plenty of restaurants. No sign outside identifying the building so you have to remember the address but check in great and easy.

Das Hotel ist ein bisschen unscheinbar, weil es nicht wirklich auf den ersten Blick als Hotel zu erkennen ist. Die Rezeption ist funktional, das Personal sehr nett. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade und hatten eine sehr schöne Suite. Was uns nicht klar war ist, dass die Zimmer erst ab einem Bezug von >7 Tagen gereinigt werden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wird ebenfalls erst nach einer Woche Nutzung gewechselt, was soweit ok ist. Muss man halt wissen. Bei uns lief das Wasser im Waschbecken nicht gut ab, was unverzüglich behoben wurde und auch extra nochmal nachgefragt wurde, ob alles geklappt hat. Obst und einen Stoffbeutel gibt es umsonst dazu, tolle Pflege Produkte im Bad sind ebenfalls inklusive.

很棒的住宿經驗
很棒的公寓式酒店,裝潢新穎,有電梯,有浴缸,有洗衣機,有微波爐兼烤箱,離綠色區域線跟藍色迪卡皮利線地鐵站走路只要5分鐘,也有很多家超商跟速食店..整個倫敦自由行超推薦.(但是不含打掃..住12晚送1次打掃..這樣其實很夠了)

Great place, very quick, convenient walk to Earl’s Court tube station as well as all sorts of shops and restaurants. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything we needed to make basic meals (toast for breakfast, etc) and we could easily have done real cooking if we’d wanted to. Would definitely stay here again.
