Nice hotel close to Harrods
Hotel very good located to Harrods and always taxi's avaible. Small hotel with frendly staff. Rooms are small but comfortable. Wifi very veryslow.

This is a spacious and comfortable room, ideally located away from the noisy crowds. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The bathroom has a soaking tub/shower, which is a nice feature, however, it was difficult to get into and out of it. And the bathroom lighting, while it lit up the room, was inadequate for shaving or applying makeup because of the position of the lights. Lastly, the heated bathroom floor was another nice feature, but some floor tiles were cracked/damaged.

Buen hotel, excelente ubicación, deben mejorar las puertas de los cuartos suenan muy duro al cerrar y desde temprano el sonido es muy molesto. De resto personal muy amable y un hotel muy cómodo.

This is Aged...
I didn't know that there are three different buildings and I was supposed to book back the one I stayed few years ago. Then they arranged the one at The Capital Hotel which the room is not newly renovated, and the heater/air-conditioner is super noisy. I switched it off all the time.

The property and staff and food are perfect. The elevator did stop working on my last day (of four) and that was a bummer as my room was on the fifth floor. But this is my new “go-to” hotel. Literally half a block from Harvey Nic’s and Harrods. And the people are what made my stay gorgeous. Love this property—and I’m super picky.

Lovely and charming hotel on a quiet street. Room was nice, clean and pretty big by European standards. Staff was friendly and helpful, bar and restaurant were very nice. Great location if you like to shop! Great restaurants in the vicinity as well. Hyde Park, which is fabulous, is just a short walk. We would definitely stay there again.
