The hotel was average and not at all for anyone on business.
The internet went down for 20 hours, which prevented me from working, and the design of the building didn't allow anything more than 3g cell service (5g floated in now and then but basically no data).
The phone didn't work in my room, so I had to go down to ask any questions. The hotel didn't have a backup plan or any interim solutions (like making arrangements at a business nearby for guests to utilize their internet) so you can't count on being able to access the internet for work.
The overnight desk person didn't take complaints seriously (which he felt only reached the level of qualms) and I actually heard him tell a guest whose key stopped working (this happened to me twice during my stay which required visits to the front desk), Would the guest like him to reprogram the key so it could work?
To add, at one point after the internet had been down 16 hours, another employee said out loud they were hoping it was coming back that day. There was no communication from the hotel on the issue and no response back on my "qualms".
