Te slecht voor woorden
Totaal geen aanrader, enige positieve is de locatie dichtbij St Pancras station. Zeer kleine stoffige kamer, badkamer met veel kalk, regelmatig geen warm water, muffe handdoeken, kamers erg warm (geen airco), slechte verlichting, zeer gehorig (niet altijd fijn je buren te horen), voor het achterlaten van je koffer moet je 1 pond betalen (maar je koffer staat gewoon open en bloot in een gang, internet traag, geen lift aanwezig, geen ontbijt zoals op deze site staat, kleine bedden (matras groter dan bed). Echt beneden maats, zelfs voor Londen... volgende keer toch echt een ander hotel... want Londen is toch een super stad.

Good stay! Room was super tiny, but we were only stopping through for a night, and it was super close to the train station, which is what we were aiming for. Staff made check-in and check-out super simple.

Very unsafe area could smell drugs being smoked all night noisy area as well, the room smelt of drains and damp hike the room on 3rd floor as well while place needs refurbishing will not stay again

It’s was a very pleasant experience and the staff were very friendly and very caring, we had accidentally forgot the insulin in the fridge for my son and the staff made it a priority to reach us out and stayed until we were able to pick it up, we were grateful and happy with the staff

I'd look elsewhere
Its possible there are some decent rooms in this hotel. Mine wasnt one of them. Reception was nice and staff seemed friendly enough. Room was in poor condition with a smashed plug socket, wallpaper hanging off, bathroom very small and no shower curtain so everywhere got soaked when you took a shower. Metal camp bed looking thing with a cheap matress and 2 very thin pillows. I dont like writing poor reviews as ive run businesses in hospitality and i know how reviews affect business. But this wasnt a particularly pleasant stay unfortunately and one id not look to repeat.

Service was friendly and engaging. The hotel's pretty nice, and really handy for Kings Cross. The room was OK for one. A bedside lamp would have been a helpful touch. Please don't put the TV directly under the air con - it was dripping condensate onto the electrics and will do so again. I raised it with staff, who have resolved to fix this.

This guesthouse is fine for a one night stay. It was expensive for the quality of the room but rates in London are high so I suppose they are in line with the market - that said it wasn’t good value for money. Room was tired, there was a mug with a broken handle, no beside light (batteries missing), tiny pod-like bathroom, none of the decor matched. Didn’t meet any staff but the instructions sent to enter the building / room were clear and there was no issue with access.

This is the worst vacation. The hotel room: 1. It should not have the license to operate as a hotel. There is no cleaning service. 2. No toiletry, no towels, no cleaning service. We have to beg for someone to give us toiletry and towels and other repairs when we paid for a hotel room. What is the point of renting a room when I have to fix the broken things myself? 3. the exhaust fan does not work most of the time. when it does, it blow in air. 4. Wall paper is falling off the wall 5. The curtains are falling off the hooks 6. The TV does not work most of the time. The internet does not work when we first check in. The owner reluctantly rebooted the wifi router before our phones can connect. Prior to that we were told our phones are broken. Where is the motto, the customer is always right? 7. The sorry excuse for a couch/ chair is falling apart. 8. The sorry excuse for a rug has seen so much Wear and tear that the color has faded to spotty colors. Forget patterns. 9. I book for a room with 2 king beds and a ensuite. Instead, I got 2 double beds with no bathroom space. It would have been illegal in the US. 10. The hot water pot is so filthy that I had to wash it myself. Upon trying to wash the pot, I ended up cutting my fingers and bled for a while. It was a close call to try and find a hospital. How is it that we are doing the same things here when we are supposed to be on a vacation?????? What kind of service industry does the owner think this is? Do we loo

You’re likely to end up having chosen a room in advance that you won’t be pleased with when you arrive. Hotels like this are the type you take only if you intend to have a brief stay in the area and you need to be near King’s Cross.

First off I called before booking ask if it had electric parking. They said yes not far. I booked it. Electric charger doesn’t work and the guy said it’s not there problem. I understand that put pull that off your web page and not tell people it’s available when it’s not. Another thing the bath room smelled so bad from the moment you stepped in the “family” room. It was awful. Front desk gave me a air freshener spray. Hands down DO NOT BOOK. There are other great hotels around.

The concierge recognized us as we entered and exited the property. They were very friendly. However the fixing for the room were not up to standards. They had only bath towels the curtains were broken. The bathroom was small and reminded me of an airplane bathroom. It was not a king sized bed.

Great location, clean and comfortable
The hotel is located close to Kings Cross Station. On arrival the reception was staffed and I was shown to my room. The room was spacious and clean with all the facilities listed on the website. Ideal location close to the station which was just what I wanted. Enjoyable and comfortable stay.

My room was a little concrete pod, for lack of a better word. It was not attached to another room, so very quiet. To get to it, i had to unlock the front door of the building, go out back, and unlock my room, so i felt safe there, too. The hotel was also convenient to the Tube, BritRail, a Hop On Hop Off Tours stop, bus stops, dining, etc. I was very pleased.

Tja. Et meget lille værelse nærmest i baggården stue/kælder = mørk, og godt der ikke var en brand = havde aldrig nået ud. Ok renligt og ok mulighed for kaffe/te på værelset. Ok lille badeværelse og seng. Ind- og udtjekning meget hurtigt, og venligt personale i receptionen. Meget god beliggenhed.
