Prachtige wijk om Vanuit hier London te verkennen. Klein nadeeltje, maar datt is redelijk gebruikelijk, geen ontbijtzaal. Gelukkig binnen enkele minuten legio aan ontbijtmigelijkheden!

The room was tiny but actually just big enough and clean. Bed was good although small but we managed and the location was excellent near Earls Court station so near to everything and we got around well. Very easy and ends up being a great choice

Unique and quaint hotel with lovely service. Incredibly convenient to get where ever you need. Great bakery and affordable restaurants near bay as well. I would definitely stay here again, I would just recommend spend g a bit more on a bigger room, something that doesn’t have construction outside your window. All and all great accommodations with outstanding service.

During our week-long stay at Resident Kensington in London over Spring Break, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail that made our celebration of our daughter's upcoming graduation truly special. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating. Despite our room not being immediately ready, our wait was made comfortable with complimentary tea and snacks in the lobby. The staff consistently went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for local dining, sightseeing, and activities that ensured great value for our money. A highlight was the concierge securing us a reservation for a traditional British Sunday roast—an experience we eagerly anticipated and thoroughly enjoyed. Although there were minor issues with plumbing and housekeeping, the staff addressed these promptly and effectively, underscoring their commitment to service excellence. The hotel's location is also a significant advantage. Situated centrally in Kensington, it is just a 4-5 minute walk from Earl’s Court Tube Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring London with most major attractions within a 10-30 minute Tube ride. The area offers an array of dining and takeaway options, adding to the convenience. While the hotel lacks in-house amenities like a restaurant, gym, or pool, this is more than compensated for by the high standards of service. I was disappointed in the size of the room they initially put us in. I don’t usually complain or ask for my VIP perks but I mentioned the room was smaller than the one I booked and was told they could upgrade us to a larger room for a fee. When I mentioned the VIP benefit they had advertised on Expedia for a free upgrade when available they told me they didn’t know anything about that, just the welcome bottle of wine. We paid for the upgrade and everyone was courteous and helpful. Normally I wouldn’t have upgraded for just me and my husband but our two suitcases would literally not fit in the room. The larger room was not large by any means but big enough to fit our luggage. I’m a little surprised by their high customer rating.

The area is quiet. Room is small but has every thing in need. Close to underground station and can walk to the museum St. only complained that one spoon was not very clean, Also, the fridge is too close to the draw on top. Everytime I opened the fridge door, my finger got scratched by the sharp edge of the drawer and my skin was peeled off.

A bath mat is placed in all rooms, however rubber mats are provided upon request. Our reception team are available 24/7 to provide our guest with any extra amenities. Guest are also welcome to request additional blankets prior or during their stay. Unfortunately we do not place extra blankets in the room unless requested in advance, but the team are more than happy to provide you with extra duvets to make your stay feel more comfortable.We are glad to hear that you had a pleasant time speaking to our reception team and we hope that they were of help during your stay. I really like the property. However, in my room, the heating system did not work very well. The attendance made every effort to accommodate us, but still the heating system was not very good. Also, a circuit had popped and we weren’t able to use the microwave for a while. Otherwise the property was nice and the staff were exceptional.

Lovely location for both Kensington, South Kensington and Chelsea. Clean and suitable room for a city break where you need to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Only negatives were for our baby. We were placed in a room on the ground floor but had to go up some stairs to access the room which made it hard with the pram. Additionally, the travel cot that was provided as requested didn’t have a proper cot mattress and so was a blanket wrapped in a sheet, which wouldn’t have been safe for a baby due to the suffocation risk. So our baby slept in our bed with us for our stay as the bed was quite large it allowed plenty of space for her between us.
