Prima verblijf
Verblijf in The Wesley was zeer comfortabel. Kamers zijn wel wat aan de kleine kant, maar als je alleen reist is het voldoende en heb je niet meer ruimte nodig. Vooral de bedden zijn erg comfortabel. De locatie is goed, gelegen naar station Euston van waaruit je naar verschillende plekken in Londen kunt reizen. Personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Fijn hotel dicht bij een groot trein- en metrostation. De kamer is schoon, netjes, functioneel, maar mijn kamer was wat klein. De WiFi was slecht--en dat kwam mij heel slecht uit, helaas. Het personeel was bij check-in adequaat, maar niet heel vriendelijk. Bij check-out vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was goed, ook al miste ik wat meer gezonde opties.

Very nice all in, but over priced for a single bed and the windows were flimsy and I was incredibly cold the entire night. Clean and well stocked just a bit cold. The TV was also not working, I didn’t bother asking to sort as I arrived later and had my phone, but was a bit rubbish to have no option of the tele.

Hotel is very good and we will be booking to stay there again. Great base for anything around that location. Its not the hotels fault that the surrounding area was abit untidy and a tad shabby but the local area has a number of good eating and drinking locations and always felt safe.

Nice spacious room. Bathroom quite small. Can hear a lot from the corridor and streets due to location but it’s right next to Euston so that was expected. The price is a little steep but I would stay here again due to the convenient location.

Very clean room and excellent breakfast. We had an issue with the bathroom and the team were very helpful in trying to resolve. You can hear a rumble of the trains from Euston Square station from about 7am onwards but not overly loud. Very quiet around the hotel, but a short walk to Euston Square and Euston Undergrounds. All in all a good base to explore from.

My experience at this hotel is mixed. I appreciated that the staff was very friendly and attentive. However, I did not find the estate was up to my expectations. Upon check-in, I was surprised by how small the lobby was, given that the hotel was equipped with a restaurant and conference rooms. Some budget-friendly hotel chains have more upscale lobbies. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the check-in was smooth. The hotel is conveniently located near Euston station. There are restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. I noted that the street did not look the most desirable or safest; there was a vape store and a thrift shop near the hotel. I noted a gentleman on the street talking to himself at night, smelling like weed. I stayed in one of the "executive suites", which is an overstatement. I do not believe the room is suitable for executives. It is simply a larger-than-standard double bedroom. Although the room did not deserve the connotation of "executives", the room was clean and comfortable until bedtime. My sleep was disturbed by subway noise and lights emitting from the hallway and windows. Even worse, the hallway light is motion-sensing; thus, I was annoyed by hallway lights coming on and off every time someone walked the hallway. My impression is that the estate makes it much better than it actually is, but the staff is very nice. Considering the low price point, it is worth the money. I suggest the guests manage expectations.

Billigt, men du hör tågljud flera gånger per minut
Om du vill bo nära London Euston station så är läget perfekt (därför vi valde detta hotell). Nackdelen är att vi inte hade några fönster där man kunde se ut (i vårt rum i alla fall) och att tågen eller tunnelbanan verkar gå direkt under byggnaden, så man hör tågen flera gånger per minut. Rummet och hotellet i övrigt var rent och sängen var bekväm. Hotellet har ansträngt sig med vissa detaljer för att rummet ska kännas lite lyxigare, men inte tagit konceptet hela vägen. Frukosten kunde varit helt ok, men ost och andra pålägg såg ut att ha legat framme länge (ostskivorna var stelnade, påläggskorven "svettig", osv). Sammanfattningsvis får du vad du betalar för. Det var billigt (för att vara London) så prisvärdheten var ok om du endast ska sova på hotellet och inte spendera vaken tid där.

We are happy you enjoyed the location, but, naturally, this comes with the occasional noise of trains. We are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your room, and would happily have offered you a room move. We are happy though to hear that you were satisfied with the cleanliness of our hotel. I was freezing all night to the point where i slept witb my jacket on. I had an exam at 8am the following day and when i went down to the reception to explain that it is freezing and the ac is dripping he said just put the sun button on. When i went back up that still didnt work. I was freezing to the point where i has to get towels from the bathroom to keep me warm. I did not sleep all night. I deserve compensation for this!! They did not even care to help
