'Geweldig ontbijt. Mooie bar. Ligging.'

'Nous avions réservé un sejour de 4 nuits dans cet hotel et avons été tres agréablement surpris par la beauté des lieux mais malheureusement cela ne compense pas pour de nombreux défauts qui ne nous ont pas permis de profiter de notre sejour de façon optimale. Les horaires de check in/out sont peu commodes : arrivée à 15h et départ avant 10h. Sur les lieux nous avons réalisé que nous n'avions pas reçu de code d'entrée ni de details d'acceuil. 'Mooi hotel, zeer verzorgd. Ook geschik voor zakelijk gebruik. Leuke pub aan het hotel.'

'De kamer was schoon maar werd ook als opbergruimte gebruikt. De verlichting was redelijk.. De kamer was erg koud.'

'The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay.'

'TLC needed, stay was ok at best information in room requires updating. No iPad in room to check in, but states check in on iPad. Not the cleanest stain on head board, dusty in many areas, inside draws need cleaning. '

'Lovely hotel in a regenerated area of the city. Good facilities. Only things that need improvement are staff customer service- waiters and waitresses are either young and clearly doing summer jobs or older staff where English is not their first language and I found either things asked for did not show up or staff didn’t understand. Also an electric charger for EV/ hybrid vehicles would be welcome.'

'We had a very nice and helpfull check-in. The receptionist was super friendly and humoristic. I think her name is Stephanie. The diner was great, they give stagiaires a chance to learn and explore.'
