Hotels met gratis ontbijt in Long Beach

'Extremely nice, helpful, and professional staff. I enjoyed every part of my stay and will be back soon.'

'The evening was very nice sitting outside and the view of the bay with the Queen Mary was very beautiful'

'Checking in, I was told my room wasn't ready, even after the designated check-in time. Waited in the lobby for over an hour, watching everyone else check-in despite us being told there was a waitlist for rooms and had to be put on a waiting list.'

'Our stay was not the best. It was so loud between people in the hallway and the street that it was hard to sleep. Also, there was pretty consistent cigarette smoke that I would smell. I'm not sure where it was coming from but it was fresh. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 2 am and before that there were people running down the hallway loud and knocking on doors. Security really needs to be addressed to not allow non guests inside. This is definitely a serious matter. I would not want to stay...

'I actually really didn't like this property whatsoever, however I settled after bringing some things to attention that were "smoothed" since we were only there for less than 24hrs for the cruise. I still slept in my clothes'
