'The home is Rustic shore home. The location is way close to the beach and restrooms. Just go up the hill and you get to see sunsets. Just go to the left. And then you're on the beach. For the beautiful moonrise and sunrise. This is a perfect house for our big family. Or a bunch of friends to get together. It was also great for a couple. Outside shower has beautiful. plenty of Pressure.'

'Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Mattresses were a little firm but worked fine for our short stay. Always a little tricky to coordinate linens for a short stay so would appreciate rental recommendations in the future! Great location, close to restaurants and bars, and plenty of space for hanging out.'

'The location was convenient and in walking distant of Wawa, movie theater, sack o subs, boardwalk, and a few other places. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The host was there on the spot when needed, very helpful and a delight. My stay was a 5 star overall'

'Pros: fantastic location,, outdoor seating, quiet, convenient, beach towel and tag access, easy check in and out, full size fridge and kitchenette. Cons: room was very humid and we opened the windows to see if that would help but screens had huge holes. None of our beach stuff would dry because of this. Fridge was not very cold but did the job. No coffee mugs for coffee maker. Bottom line: overall a nice place and would stay again if some of the issues were fixed.'

'This was a perfect location and property for us to be with family over the holidays. The community is near Smithville for a nice shopping experience and is located in a quiet section of town. We are very appreciative of how clean and spacious the home was and accommodations were very comfortable. '
