'Everything was as described in the VRBO add. The location to the beach was great and the noise from the outside was minimal. However, the noise from the people upstairs walking around was loud and frequent early in the morning and late at night. My family and I would stay again.'

The condo itself is super cute and has everything you need including a full size fridge. The host was amazing and extremely responsive. Also, the pool areas and beach are monitored so despite being a large resort, everything was well maintained and safe. '

Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

The night pool security was very friendly when announcing pool closing at 11pm. The options of pools with different depths was also a favorite. We had a small glitch at check in but our host took care of it with ease. The only part that was stressful was finding appropriate parking in the garage for our truck due to the low clearance. ...
