'The kitchen ceiling needed work. There appears to have been a prior roof leak. The hole was still here with a pan to catch the water. The location was excellent. If you don't like bugs due to the mountain side this is located on, then this house isn't for you. The master queen was VERY firm so be aware of this. We would return. '
