'I was pleasantly surprised about how upscale and beautiful the hotel was. The room was great with all the amenities and decor especially for the price I got.However there were some issues and my ratings shouldnt have been so high.
Someone nextdoor spent hours singing and talking on a phone in the bathroom and I could here it LOUD and clear, but on the bright side at 4am staff was there quickly to address.
I could have used a map or directory showing where the fitness room, ice dispensers,...

'The handicap room may need longer shower curtains because of the water from shower easily splashed out and wet the floor which presented wet floor. There is longer shower curtain hooks that can be used. That’s one suggestion. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. We will return. '
