'Nice bed and shower. Staff friendly'

'Close to University of Chicago. Our room had holes in the carpet, a broken window shade, and a cabinet door that wouldn't close.'

'the room was not well kept and the furniture is in desperate need of updating it's all scratched or peeling. the mattress had reddish brown dots on it which leads me to believe it is bedbugs. though the front desk staff was kindly, I could in no way stay there. it was disgusting and I was itching. Since I was only there because of a medical issue and had to wait til the next day to fly out, there was no way I would get good sleep or a nice shower with all of the stains on the bathroom ceiling I...

'This was my second time staying here. Location is convenient and staff is nice. Price was reasonable. The only thing I didn’t like was, I was at the end if the hall and I heard the outside door slamming throughout the night as people go in and out on the first floor, other than that, perfect,'

'Clean room, staff was friendly , building was secure really enjoyed my stay'

'The rooms were so nice and spacious! The staff went above and beyond. Our room was supposed to be cleaned everyday upon request and when we came back from our outing it wasn’t but they sent someone up right away to give us clean sheets and towels! Breakfast was great! The only thing I would have to say negative about this hotel is parking and the parking lot. It’s one way in and one way out with no way to turn around.'

'Please do not book this place, it is simply not worth it. I got held against another guest who did not pay their deposit and convinced me that she was waiting for someone outside who caused a scene and broke stuff. As result I am not getting my deposit back for something I had no control over. When cops showed up and heard both of our stories, they even said it was a definitely a scammy property. TKAE MY ADVICE PLEASE.'

'There wasn't anything that I didn't like.'

'Parking was good & has cable'
