Motel 6-accommodaties in Chicago

'No fridge or microwave - that may have been listed in the details, but most people expect those items at this price point with taxes/fees etc. Floor was dirty, not visibly but sticky in places and had to wash my feet before I could put socks & shoes on after getting out of the shower. Towels etc. in very poor condition (grey and worn) and no face clothes provided. Only one bar of soap - usually one for sink and one for shower. Fuzzy stuff (like pillow stuffing) stuck to ceiling. 'Prima prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Schone kamers en fijne bedden en heel vriendelijk personeel.'

'I was actually blown away with the hotel, the room i have stayed was very clean and every time I have left they have cleaned the room. There is parking on the spot you just have to get the permit when you first check-in. Staff is also friendly and was helpful when needed. Overall I had a good time, and there was no issue for the days I have stayed. There are several restaurants and shopping mall nearby so that was also a plus. In the morning near the reception you get free coffee! For a motel...

'Geen WiFi: de 'kastjes' waren niet leverbaar. Er hing een briefje bij de balie dat er geen discount gegeven kon worden. Vervolgens werkte de telefoon in de kamer ook niet. Toen eindelijk de monteur kwam (8.00 was afgesproken; hij kwam om 10.15 uur), concludeerde hij dat het aan de telefoonmaatschappij lag. De assistant-manager was dan wel weer heel behulpzaam.'

'This Motel 6 is way above average. It ain't The Ritz, but is VERY comfortable and convenient. Clean and neat. PLUS, the staff are SUPER nice. Two dogs, up to 150 lbs., are allowed to stay at no extra charge. I'm GLAD fellow patrons have FINALLY figured out that their animal's, uh, "leavin's" must be picked up and disposed of properly. I do it and EXPECT others to do the same. Thanks. Good stay, GREAT people. Thanks.'
