I reached out to them earlier in the day to ask for an earlier check in because my mom wasn’t feeling well. I literally had to argue with the rep to give us more towels. The refused to give me another blanket. Apartment is not handicapped accessible. Had to walk 4 flights of stairs with luggage and my elderly mother. The whole process the worst ever. 'Such an awesome location and great space. Right off Michigan ave but the bedrooms are placed perfectly so you don’t get a lot of noise. The kitchen was set up for fun family dinners with a really nice dining room table. The hosts were very responsive to questions and requests. The whole unit was very clean. The parking is a few blocks away but we travel to Chicago a lot and would much rather park a few blocks away in a secure parking lot for free than find way more expensive parking on our...
