'This property was perfect for our Cousins Reunion in nearby Palos Park. The large kitchen was a gathering place, and roomy enough for many walks down memory lane over coffee and snacks. The great weather allowed us to enjoy the backyard patio one evening, although it needs a little spiffing up. The location was close to restaurants but pretty quiet inside. The house was clean and comfortable with ample off street parking. I highly recommend it!'

We did a lot of walking but it was so wonderful to have a space to park. The owners were so fast to respond and were so helpful when I realized I would be getting into town earlier than expected. 'Looks like the pics. Not far from the highway and seemed a quick 45 mins drive to Navy Pier and other downtown Chicago fun things to do. We loved the art and aesthetic all over the townhouse. The host was great at communication and even left water bottles and snacks as a super nice touch. The couch is super comfy too. We felt safe where we were and had a lovely stay for a spring break trip.'

"The location made that I choose for Hotel Felix River North. Second reason was the price. It was good and functional for my stay. If I had to mention a suggestion to improve, it would be addiing one or more facilities: they offer non! no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar, no spa, no office space. OK, they have a tiny little space which looks like a bar, but nobody serves there (I tried a couple of times!), so that is more a piece of art than an actual bar. For the rest, as mentioned: OK. Public transport was nearby, just around the corner an Irish pub and some restaurants at close distance. I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Chicago."
