'Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again.'

'Great communication. Nice place in a nice neighborhood.'

'Would tell anyone passing through to stop here. Nothing flashy but all essentials met our needs with no fuss. Clean bathroom, working TV, and decent parking spot included.'

'Incredible place. Awesome neighborhood. Easy access to the freeways. Great neighborhood with tons of great local dining.'

'Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet .'

'Our experience with this property was disappointing, not because of the home itself, but because of the host’s handling of an unexpected family medical emergency. We contacted the host just one day after the cancellation deadline to explain the situation and asked whether they could make an exception or offer any flexibility. The reservation had only been booked for a little over a week, but the request was declined with no accommodation. What concerned us most was that the host then attempted to...

'You get what you pay. The host was very responsive during our stay but not great before arrival. The bedsheets are of satin/silk material and were very uncomfortable for those who are sensitive to the texture. The host was not responsive to our request for other alternatives. We also didn't have any shampoo or conditioner upon arrival but the host was responsive and had them brought to our door promptly. The place was very clean but we had issues with some of the outlets not working, no pots and...

'Great communication from the property owner & great location for family to visit Chicago. 10-15 minute walk through a nice neighborhood to get to the train to take downtown. Plenty of restaurants, groceries, etc near to the building. Clean & good space for family of 5!'

'Cute small place that my family and I were able to relax in. We stayed only a night due to last minute plans but everything went very smoothly. Great area to walk around in. Parking can be hard to find but fortunately we were able to find one down a block. The high ceiling in the livingroom and kitchen made it feel spacious. Wonderful!'

'The location was great as it was just a block from the Red Line stop. The owners were very responsive and helped us find a place to park our car for the week. The room was clean and had great space. Will stay again the next time we visit our family in Chicago!'
