Great location on PCH .The lobby and the inner courtyard are nice and well maintained . The rest of the property - the exterior, rooms ,and parking lot surface need major improvements .

Hopefully your accommodations were adequate and you were able to get back to sleep, and enjoyed the rest of your stay. This is a dingy but close to the venue I was going to. It was a bit noisy from street traffic. My room was bit grungy and the hair dryer didn’t work. They also took a $100 deposit and only returned $68 without explanation. It’s within walking distance of a few restaurants but not worth spending another night there. I would not stay here again.

Overall, this property was a great stay for the price and location. It is outdated, but clean and provided basic necessities. My main complaint would be that the fire alarm went off around 430AM one night during our stay and was not turned off for about 45 minutes. It was a false alarm thankfully, but it was so loud in our room that we had to wait the entire time in the lobby. I was extremely surprised that nobody reached out to us to reimburse us for the night (we were there 6 days).

The property is run down. The heater didn’t work. There is a cold draft that comes through the front door because there is a huge gap and I was immediately itching which leads me to believe there were bed bugs. The towels felt damp like they had never fully dried. When I called the front desk I was told it was just the humidity. They didn’t offer to bring new towel. I wanted to leave but couldn’t afford to book another hotel. Also this one was way overpriced and misleading on their ad in Expedia. There is no hot tub and no dining facilities. I was also afraid to park my car in the back.
