First, upon arriving the first thing I noticed was the entry canopy in disrepair. Curb appeal was not up to par as expected which indicates poor management. Second finishes on way to room and in room showed signs proper maintenance had not been performed. A review by an independent auditor to assess maintenance issues identified would be my recommendation.

Stayed 4 nights business trip. Toilet was broken and not repaired until the 4th night, even tho I called daily. I was declined any compensation from Marriott and Expedia. Our parking pass expired the second day and we were unable to leave for our first meeting. Female staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. Never ever dealing with Expedia. Contacting both companies’ corporate offices soon

This was an excellent choice for our 24-hour trip to LA for the Jimmy Buffett Tribute Concert at The Hollywood Bowl. Having flown into the Burbank Airport many times, we knew the Marriott shuttle was a requirement. Bonvoy membership got us access to the club lounge which was great for a quick, early breakfast. No snack options were there in the afternoon but we made two stops at EDB Grill where Sal served us great margaritas and small plates. Kai made check in a breeze! Only complaints were the room had a flashing light on smoke detector or something that was annoying and there was only one USB port in an alarm clock on one nightstand.

Two restaurants and two different experiences. The EDB restaurant was amazing. The server was great! The Grill restaurant was okay. The internet was non functional. I had to make several requests to workaround it by calling their outsourced service provider. All in all, I find my experience okay experience.

My room was not deep cleaned at all. The walls were disgusting, the room smelled odd, and it just did not provide the normal Marriott experience. If i had a choice, I would never stay here again. The staff was excellent though!

Property looks much better in pictures. Very quiet for close proximity to airport. Lobby looks updated but rooms are a little shabby. Biggest complaint - 2 large wads of black hair on bathroom floor when I took shower the first night. Desk and dining staff were very friendly, although restaurant/bar food service was slow. No nearby offsite dining other than fast food. OK for 2 nights with no frills.

This was my third time staying here for a convention. Rooms are clean, beds pretty comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Almost no noise heard from hallway, adjacent rooms, or the floor above. This time we were close to the elevators and it was still quiet!

The rooms are fairly large. Carpeted. The bed was very comfortable. Upon arrival, there was no one outside to direct cars or to direct them to parking. It was unnecessarily chaotic at check-in as a result. The actual check-in and check-out were easy. Staff were friendly. Otherwise, the property meets basic expectations.

I really like the Marriott Burbank Hotel. I feel safe there when traveling alone. They have room service available and 2 restaurants. My only complaint is that they have no gift shop and very limited vending machines. I was there for several days and ended up going to a grocery store just to have the basics in my room like water, soda and snacks.
