Marina Cabo Plaza, gelegen aan de jachthaven, in het hart van Cabo San Lucas, biedt met zijn vriendelijke en deskundige personeel een probleemloze gelegenheid om bijna heel Cabo San Lucas te verkennen zonder ooit in een voertuig te stappen: het centrum van de stad met restaurants , bars, nachtclubs, winkelcentrum Puerto Paraiso, enz. ligt op een steenworp afstand langs de promenade (Malecon). Een korte, 5 minuten, wandeling in de andere richting, naar Medano Beach, begint aan onbeperkte water gerelateerde activiteiten, restaurants, resorts, clubs, etc. Marina Cabo Plaza, een van de oorspronkelijke vakantiebestemmingen van Cabo San Lucas, biedt een eenvoudige, bescheiden en authentieke Baja-ervaring voor de actieve reiziger. Als zodanig zijn wij, de eigenaars, meer dan blij om bij te dragen aan het succes van uw vakantie en delen graag specifieke aanbevelingen die specifiek zijn afgestemd op uw vakantiedoelstellingen.

Deze Studio Suite bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping en is toegankelijk via een privé beveiligde ingang en 1 trap. Gelegen aan de havenkant van het Marina Cabo Plaza-complex, beschikt het condominium over een zeer grote extra grote beschutte patio met uitzonderlijk uitzicht op de haven en daarbuiten. Deze studiosuite beschikt over een ligbad, een extra groot privéterras, een queensize bed, een volledig uitgeruste kitchenette, commerciële airconditioning, plafondventilatoren, gratis WiFi, kabel-tv. v., 12 'hoog plafond, etc. De Studio wordt goed onderhouden en wordt voortdurend opgewaardeerd (zie foto's hieronder).

Als u van het idee houdt om centraal gelegen te zijn terwijl u de mogelijkheid heeft zich terug te trekken in een privé, veilige omgeving zonder gedoe, is deze suite absoluut perfect. Omdat we de eigenaren zijn, hebben we geen verborgen kosten, extra's of extra overheaditems die u normaal zou vinden via reserveringen voor resorts, timesharing of agenten.

Location, location, location

The marina condo is amazing, the sliding glass door opens all the way across the wall, leaving us with uninterupted views and sounds of area. Super fun for people watching and boat watching without having to sit with all of the other vacationers and vendors. Every evening we would retire to the large balcony with some drinks and snacks from the store just beneath us, and watch the sunset while the large birds circled overhead. The condo was so comfortable: water to drink, great bed, lounge chairs for naps in the sun. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to relax yet still be in the fun of all the events of the marina.

Marina home base

Mike’s place was great as a home base for my wife and I to explore the Marina together for a few days after a friend’s wedding a few miles north. The renovated interior, large balcony, pool deck, and central location were all impressive. My only complaint probably applies to all properties near the Marina, but the noise from the nightclubs carries surprisingly far and until 3am, some of which we could still hear with the doors closed, but not enough to keep us awake after busy days exploring the area.

The place had a wonderful view of the marina. We watched the boats coming and going from the deck. We also had a great view of the sunset over the mountain. The facility was close to everything we wanted to do. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

A cozy getaway with marina views

We had an exceptional experience staying at this waterfront studio vacation rental in Cabo San Lucas. The location was ideal, providing convenient access to the beach, local attractions, and restaurants. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment throughout our stay. The host, Mike, was incredibly responsive and addressed any questions or concerns promptly. The unit was well equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. From a fully functional kitchenette to a cozy bed and clean linens, everything was in place to make us feel at home. While there were a few minor issues with the shower drain, they did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction and they were addressed within an hour. The only downside was the lack of shade on the balcony, which could have been improved with additional shading options (although perhaps that isn’t allowed by the HOA). Additionally, the unit could benefit from extra storage space. While it was cozy and well-appointed, we found ourselves wishing for additional storage options to keep our belongings organized and out of the way. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this property for its convenient location, efficient amenities, responsive host, and comfortable accommodations. It served as a perfect base for exploring Cabo San Lucas and provided a cozy retreat after a day of adventures.

GREAT VIEW AND LOCATION, VERY NICE, CLEAN STUDIO CONDO...

Situated on the Cabo marina, this property has everything you need as a launching pad for your adventures. It is a studio, so it is quite compact, but it was perfect for this solo traveler. It would also work for a close couple, but it isn't meant to be a place to hang out in all day...although the nice balcony allows you to watch all of the boat action in the marina. The cruise ships unload on the other side of the marina, about a mile walk, which keeps the crowds down on the condo's side of the marina. Much nicer than the photos suggest, as it has been completely renovated and updated. You have everything you need, and the place was spotless when I arrived. The desk help are super friendly and accommodating. The place feels very secure, on the second floor with a locking security gate on the street level. Overall, highly recommended, worked out great for this fisherman.

Just watchin the boats go by, and amazing after dark listening to music from the clubs in the distance. Great excess to beach , bars restaurants. Would stay again for sure. It was in an excellent location in the Marina. It was newly renovated and had a bigger refrigerator than showed in their pictures. We did have issues with the internet, water pressure and hot water during our stay. I the staff worked hard to correct our issues and would definitely give this place another shot. We stayed at Grand Solmar after this and they had internet issues too.

This was my wife and my first trip to Cabo and had been told by friends to stay close to the Marina. Mike’s place is just that a great location for 2 people. It’s nice / clean and you can walk to all locations around the marina and downtown to the night life and the view from the balcony can’t be beat ! Also a 5 minute walk to the beach which was awesome. Mike has beach chairs - tent and cooler there for you to use if you chose. Our air conditioner broke late in a day the staff down stairs was great along with Mike ( by email ) getting it fixed early the next morning. Will stay here again for sure !
