  • Villa Alegria is een huis waar schoonheid net zo overheersend is als de zwoele Baja-zon. Met elk van de mooie slaapkamers aangevuld met een eigen badkamer, elk met een steeds groter wordend balkon en terras, is het gemakkelijk om te zien dat Alegria een vakantiehuis van inhoud en stijl is. De 9.000 vierkante meter aan luchtige binnenruimte omvat een bibliotheek en een hol, opvallend gebruik van marmer en graniet, en artistieke accenten die de aanraking van een ontwerper weergeven. Villa Alegria zal u ook geen tekort doen aan externe voorzieningen: u kunt met gemak een gezelschap van 20 personen organiseren en 8 van die aanwezigen kunnen alleen in de jacuzzi zuchten en spetteren, hoewel ze misschien worden verleid door grotere spatten in het stijlvolle zwembad. Fabulous Place to Stay!

The house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Cabo! We had a large group of people to celebrate my 40th bday party and the layout was great. The main house was perfect for families with kids and the additional rooms below were ideal for those who wanted to get away from the noise. The walk to town and the beach is not bad as long as you bring the right shoes!

This was a hidden gem in the hills of Pedregal. Beautiful home with beautiful views and accommodations. Our concierge, Mariana, was such a pleasure to work. You could text her at any time and she was ready with an answer or recommendations. This home is great for families and friends to stay in. One thing that could be better is the kitchen update.

Pedregal Stay

Came out for my 40th birthday. The house wonderful. You do need to take an Uber to get in and out of the property. A typical Uber is about 5-10 US Dollars. We had Uber Eats deliver food which also was very convenient. The area is very safe and you can walk down to the beach on the Pacific side, you just can’t get into the water.

Celebrating 20th Anniversary with group of 11 friends

This house was perfect for our group - each couple had their own room/private bath. The pool/hot tub was clean and great for our group. Only downside was not having one table for our group to have a sit down dinner - but we worked with your vendors to create a beautiful outdoor dining experience!! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and we felt safe! We used CaboVillas to ensure our groceries were purchased before we arrived, we had two meals prepared at the house and our amazing house manager helped us set up transportation for our whole group when we went to town. I would highly recommend this house and the services!!

Nice but disappointing

This was our golfing groups third year coming to Mexico Although the property is in a nice area, it was the most expensive place we stayed and our least favorite. The property is dated, kitchen has 1 roll of paper towels, salt and pepper, and that's about it. After asking for cooking pans, we got them the next day. Two ovens didn't work. The hot tub is very nice and heats up quickly. The cleaners did a good job each day. The transportation service upon arrival was a nice benefit.

We had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed the Villa! The place is huge with plenty of space for a large group! It was so nice to have so many bathrooms for 13 girls to get ready! Hands down the best experience was working with the whole CaboVillas team. The concierge service throughout the entire trip was incredible. From Alex K. helping prior to the trip with every question & recommendations I needed to Pedro during our trip welcoming us and setting up our taxi service was seamless. The grocery delivery service they offered was so easy & helpful and the catering recommendation was perfect! Thank you for taking such great care of us!!

Excellent Experience

We booked this place for a 13 person bachelor party and had an amazing experience. The Villa had plenty of space and beds for everybody to live and sleep comfortably and had amazing views of the hills of Pedregal and the ocean. Our concierge Ruben did a great job organizing transportation and responding to all questions and requests in a timely manner. Because of his help, it was very easy traveling to and from anywhere in town for dinner and activities. The daily cleaning and maid services every day that were provided was also a nice touch. We used Chile and Lime catering services for breakfast daily, lunch, and a chef’s tasting menu dinner. Mercario and his team did an excellent job on every meal and his chef’s tasting menu dinner was the best meal we had on the trip. They went above and beyond making us margaritas and other drinks with meals and handling all of the clean up. The service and meals by Mercario and his team of chefs was one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, we had a 10/10 experience and would happily work with Cabovillas again.

Family stay ruined by broken stove over Thanksgiving

We stayed at this property for 6 nights with family and friends over Thanksgiving 23'. While the home is large, it's got an odd floorplan with four bedrooms that require going outside and down a few flights of stairs. We spent most of our time at the house in the main living room and outside by the pool. In general, the house feels old and dated, and not in a good way. It's clear that the owner/property manager do not invest in maintaining the property as they should. The kitchen was in the worst shape, with broken cabinets, faucets, and tons of empty cupboards. Many patches of tile falling off of the outdoor area around the pool including the pool, hot tub, bbq and bar area. Many items are broken, damaged, or do not work. The ruined Thanksgiving meal: On the day of check-in, we messaged the Cabovillas that the oven was not turning on. On Monday, three days before Thanksgiving, one of the burners turned on (gas flowing) and would not turn off. The housekeeper turned off the gas to the stove/oven. With daily follow-ups and explaining the urgency of the matter, the stove was not replaced until the day after Thanksgiving. We ended up going out to Hacienda restaurant for our Thanksgiving meal and washing away our sorrows with margaritas! The housekeepers were there daily, and he did his best, but ultimately it's the job of Cabovillas/property manager to make sure it's in good shape for their guests. This was far below the 14k price point.

This home exceeded our expectations. The picture does the home no justice. We had a group of 14 to celebrate my 40th bday and the home was beautiful. Plenty of space for each person to relax. The home is very close to town but I would definitely recommend that you take a taxi because of the steep hills. The bedrooms in the main house are so beautiful and the outside bedrooms provide beautiful scenery with privacy. House staff was amazing as well.

Mini Vacay

Relaxing 4-day getaway with family. Our concierge Angel was outstanding, attentive to our needs, and responded promptly to our concerns. He welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of tequila when we arrived. He was always pleasant and professional. He assisted us with bank runs, scheduling transportation, excursions and dinner reservations. We opted for the chef services through "A Matter of Taste" for breakfast and dinner. The food and their service was outstanding. Shot out to our chef Juan, lol aka Papi Chulo and Arnold for having warm and positive personalities. The Villa was cozy and inviting. It has 3 bedrooms inside the main house and 4 private rooms that do not have entry to from the main house but are connected to the house. All the rooms have private bathrooms with showers and AC. There is only one bedroom on the main level. The rooms are separated enough so lol, if you get sick of your group you can have alone time. You have to climb stairs to get into all levels of the home. There was daily housekeeping from Ms Rosa except for Sunday. There was another guy helping Ms Rosa to keep the Villa clean but we never got his name. Our group was fine with the staff coming into the Villa without knocking to complete their assigned duties because that's how I function in my own home. If that's something you have concerns with then that's a conversation you will need to have with them when you arrive. The grounds and views surrounding the property are beautiful. You can watch the sunrise from the bedroom balconies and the pool. You can see partial sunsets from the pool. Our group really enjoyed ourselves and I would rent this property again. Catfish Villa

When checking in and going on a tour of the villa with our concierge Luis we notice how dirty the property was. The refrigerator was not clean. There were left over items from the previous guest and actual dirt and stains that were not cleaned. Luis apologized and did a quick wipe out of the refrigerator. That was our first alert. My guest began inspecting the bedrooms and linens to ensure they were clean and two bedrooms were not. One bedroom linens had blood stains on them and the other had some type of stains. This was unacceptable! It was obvious they did not wash the sheets or properly dispose of the sheets with blood stains. We immediately alerted Luis and he went to Walmart to purchase new sheets. We all were squeamish throughout our stay and did not want to have any issues especially with Covid. There were soo many things that was not cleaned so my guest and I rolled Up our sleeves and started to clean since we had a 4 night stay and did not want to stay in a dirty villa. That actually put a major damper on my 50th Birthday celebration and all I received from management was a Sorry. I am a travel consultant and I would NOT Recommend this property to anyone.
