'Super nice and clean beach house ……No hassel parking just steps to the beach. We were able to bbq our Tri tip on the bbq grill. There was a deck with plenty of room for family to enjoy the beach air. Large comfy couch and room for 10 people. This is truly a gem.'

'The reviews and description are right! You don't want to leave this place. We only stayed one night but wish we booked two! The views are amazing, such a peaceful environment. Beds were very comfy and oh my the sheets! I wanted to take them home ;) Pups were very friendly and loved to play fetch. Ryan was friendly, welcoming and one of those host you want to hang and drink a beer with. Hopefully we'll be back soon!'

'This house was so perfect for our family vacation. The front house is better than the pictures and description. We used the back house only for sleeping and it was very comfortable and clean. In the front main house we used the kitchen for almost every meal. It is well stocked and everything worked well. The living area is open and roomy. The beds are comfortable. There were plenty of towels and linens and blankets. We did not use any of the beach gear in the garage so I don't know anything...

'Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during a Pismo weekend. The location was great, close enough to everything without being in the middle of the chaos that is downtown Pismo. The owners were a delight and always get us informed. The house had a perfect beach charm. We will stay again next time in Pismo.'

'Everything was lovely, the back yard was special and we even saw two huge owls on one of the evenings that we enjoyed sitting in the back yard. We saw a deer one day when we came up the driveway. The one downside (the reason for 4 stars) was the internet connection was spotty. Fortunately, my husband did not have to work this trip, but if he would have had to work, the connection would not have permitted that. Everything else was lovely. Bren left us some of his spices and we enjoyed those...

"Vriendelijke ontvangst, duidelijke uitleg over waar de faciliteiten zijn. Daarnaast een welkomstdrankje en soepje van het huis ontvangen. De kamer was niet schoongemaakt. De hele deur zat onder de koffiespetters en bij de kast zat een grote witte substantie. De douchekop was niet schoongemaakt en de shampoopomp zat los van de inhoud (die was niet vastgedraaid). Daarnaast hoor je veel geluid van buiten in de kamer."
