'Value for money hotel. Fixtures and fittings are tired but the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Great value cooked breakfast for £7. Road a bit noisy. We were able to leave our car behind the building for the day which was great. If stairs are an issue/heavy luggage pays to be aware you might have a few flights of steps to climb depending on your room! Staff very helpful and friendly.'

'When I woke up at 7:30 AM there was no water in my bathroom. So I went to the reception but is was closed. I found someone in the restaurant who could not help me at all. No one available to help. I will never visit this hotel ever again. '

'Het hotel bevindt zich op een groot parkeerterrein (services) met diverse eetgelegenheden. Leeds en York zijn goed te bereiken. Kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Helaas was de volgende dag onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en hier kwam niet echt een professionele reactie op, later wel excuses.'

I recommend this hotel for business trips,but also for sightseeing and making trips to other cities. Good connection with the bus to Castleford train station. Shops in the area and junction 32 outlet shopping including cinema and multiple restaurants. Also parks and nature in the area for nice walks. Thank you for the nice stay'

'We travelled for a funeral and stayed here as the wake was in the same place The room was around the side with its own courtyard and table/ chairs for outside sitting with ample parking Although those that used the bar next to it came in and out of the fire door which we had to keep pushing shut so we could get out of the small courtyard The room in itself was clean with a few minor faults being light outside bathroom didn’t work but didn’t affect us really and small marks on the bed throw We...

'Situated in a great location, the apartments were spotlessly clean & fully stocked. The added extras like fresh milk & fruit juice in the fridge & bread & eggs available from reception were a lovely added bonus. The honesty bar also worked very well. All the staff were very professional & helpful. If in Leeds again, will definitely stay here & would highly recommend.'
