'Check in was easy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked down to a lobster pot to our delight.The setting is beautiful and we very much enjoyed the two level deck. There is a bit of a hike to get to the river. All and all a very peaceful relaxing location. We had 9 adults and 4 children and were very comfortable.'

'Amazing eclectic cabin! Breathtaking scenery from almost all windows of the home. Short walk to the state park and beach. 30 minute drive to lots of restaurants. Cozy beds! Loved every minute!'

'It was not easy to see where the rental was (we arrived in the dark and it's a somewhat fast speed road out in the country). Once we arrived, we saw that the camper was lit up - we just didn't know what to be looking for. But the owners instructions were clear and helpful. The climate control was a little tricky in the camper. But everything worked well and the accomadations were great - nice snacks, coffee, half and half, sugar, plenty of towels, etc. Everything was in nice shape. '

'What a beautiful location! We spent 5 nights here and would loved to have stayed longer. This was our first trip to Maine so I had plans to do several day trips while based in Boothbay. We loved it so much here that we stayed in the Boothbay area the entire time.We were able to meet the owners and they are lovely people who are very welcoming to their home.Our favorite spot was the red chairs looking out over the water. 'As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. '

'We've been staying in Maine for over a decade. They have a lovely property that has great views, easy trails and a nice beach. The house was perfect for a family of four to six and allows pets. Everything was wonderful!!!!'

'Overall our stay was very enjoyable, the cabin was as advertised and came stocked with toiletries needed for our stay. Just a heads up for those wanting to explore boothbay harbor, parking can be challenging to find so I would recommend if you own E-bikes bringing them for easier transportation around the area. '
