'I have a couple of suggestions. The musty smell in the house might be helped by cleanng out the fireplace. You might add washcloths to the bathrooms - not everyone uses them, but some of us do regularly. The prompt response to the need for 8 lightbulbs in the house was appreciated - might want to check bulbs before the next customers arrive. Visitors should be aware that the two bathrooms in the house are small - if 8-10 people are living in that house, that should be a consideration. '

'We had mixed reviews about the comfort and cleanliness of the house. House was very clean on first sight but little things were noticeable (dirty under the beds and furniture which was noticed after dropping things.) The beds were very comfortable and that was very much appreciated after the long drive and long days . Sofa and chairs in the living room not so much. The shower in the lower level with the rain shower head was amazing it was for sure a crowd favorite. Outside of the house...

'Everything and we mean everything about this host and home was comfortable, secure and beautiful! We didn’t even expect the holiday decor but the home was adorned with tree and trimming. We stayed in Cleveland to be away from the city and close to our son’s wedding winery venue.
