'What a great place. A short distance to both downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain Park. Look out over gently rolling Fall River and listen to it while sleeping. Isolated even though close to everything. Well appointed except for the kitchen. But who comes to Estes to cook. The hosts were congenial and helpful and right on sight. We were here in May but hope to come back in the summer or fall.'

'This beautiful studio residence is the perfect getaway spot. It had everything we needed and we particularly appreciated the Starbucks coffee!! Nestled in the mountains, we had amazing views, including several wildlife visitors like elk, magpies, and bunnies right outside our doors. 'We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was spotless, well appointed and had a great shower with tons of hot water. The kitchen was set up with everything that you could want. The neighborhood was quiet and had everything within walking distance and there was even a designated parking spot. The owner was very quick to respond to all communication and we will certainly stay here again!'

"Perfect accommodation, friendly people, pretty good diner buffet available. Cheaper then other hotels in Estes park but still very and in my opinion too expensive. We really missed an airco. It was very hot in the room and we were told that it was unsafe to leave the door open because of the bears. "
