'We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa! We were traveling with our family of five on our way to Panama City Beach and needed a comfortable place to stop for the night. The staff went above and beyond by upgrading us from a Junior Suite to a Hospitality Suite, which made such a difference for our family. 'The hot water heater was not working. We took cold showers the entire time we were there. Two different plumbers came out, both said it was a 21 year old water heater that needed replacing, but nothing was done.'
