'Prior to booking I did read reviews and they were mixed. I figured the AC issue I read a lot about would have been resolved by now. The AC works in the living room area the best. There are 3 commercial blowers plugged in to help move the air. The bunk room stayed pretty warm. You will need to leave the master bedroom door open for optimal cooling. It's an older boat, it was clean for the most part except the helm had a fair amount of little curled poo from an animal??? Or it was a bunch of dried...

'We had a wonderful stay at this charming home on Cudjoe Key! The location is perfect, quiet, peaceful, and just a short drive to groceries/gas everything we needed. The house itself was clean, with a bright, airy feel that immediately made us feel at home.The outdoor space was the highlight; great for morning coffee, pool in the afternoon returning from our days fishing, and perfect evening relaxation. The kitchen was a great size, and we loved being able to cook fresh catches from the day....

'By the description of the property I was was hoping for an amazing experience. The house exterior looked like it was in need of clean up. It just looked like the construction crew left and no one did detail cleaning Our room was on the upper level. It was called the Star room. Apparently there was a methane gas leak somewhere, as our room, the entire stay smelled like an unflushed toilet. It was a lingering odor. We had fans in the room, which helped. 'This is a very spacious unit with a great balcony and comfortable furnishings (good mattresses, etc.). The building is older and showing some wear but inside the unit is quite nice. We found the view of the marina to be enjoyable as boats came and went. The parking was super convenient, a big deal in Key West. Very nice kitchen.
