'Had a great time in The Little House, perfect location for me and my dog. The sandy/grassy area before the beach is perfect for an active canine, and beyond the beach stretches as far as the eye can see in either direction. I did think the accommodation had wifi (an oversight on my part), but that wasn't a big problem. Great TV with Freeview - tho there is a knack to getting the handset the work - you need to know where to aim it! If I went again I would take a head torch and my dog's flashing...

'Lovely house and lovely location. Two mins to the Jolly Sailors pub and three mins to the beach. Lots to explore in Suffolk and Norfolk, so idea location.'

'Well this little place was amazing the views from its location was one off its own The cottage was just brilliant comfy and had everything we wanted. The walks we had along the beach with the dog were brilliant lovely long flat beach as far as you can see. Will definitely be stopping here again pittty it's closed for new year cos we would have been back down'

'Great experience, listing accurately described the property which was well kept and had most amenities (only thing missing was the hair dryer and garbage/refuse bins ... apparently past guests spoiled it for those to follow) A car is suggested if you want to get about, however there is a Co-op and several restaurants/pub within walking distance. Easy access to the sea via a locked gate (key provided). Sufficient Parking nearby unit. Would recommend for a couple with 1 or at most 2 children.'
