Hi Kimberly, The cleaner, myself, nor the professional carpet cleaning company I sent over within 30 minutes as triple assurance, smelt anything upon receiving your false claim. The most unfortunate part of your review is that you didn't mention I personally assisted you in canceling the stay, agreed to a 100% refund out of curtesy when I didn't have to, and yet I was given the lowest rating possible despite that. If you go to any platform we are listed on, you will find that we have an average of 4.95 over the 2 years over 300+ stays, we've never received anything less than a 8 ever, but I am sorry we weren't able to accommodate your needs.
