A rustic, detached house of about 40 square meters that can comfortably accommodate 4 people (not wheelchair accessible). The property features a large, well-equipped garden—perfect for relaxing!

The accommodations are located in an area with all major amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. Just 5.9 km from the Lucca train station!



The accommodation consists of one bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a garden.

A 40-square-meter detached house entirely on the first floor (not suitable for people with disabilities).



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, dresser, small TV, ceiling fan, and bathroom;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed (two single beds, one of which is pull-out), TV, table with chairs, and split A/C;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- EN-SUITE BATHROOM with shower (including a child seat), bidet, and toilet;

- GARDEN furnished with table and chairs, barbecue.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Pocket Wi-Fi (up to 200 GB), independent heating, air conditioning (living room/kitchenette), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
