'Property was very clean. Kitchen well appointed for light meals. Such great access for walking to town and getting around. Excellent communication from host. We loved our stay in Ludlow!'

'Beautiful location and all was well'

'Such a convenient location. Check in was a breeze. Our first time at Okemo and was so glad to have been in a true ski in ski out. My only cons were two- the bedding was a bit questionable. Multiple stains on sheets, blankets, etc. Had I brought my own, would have felt much more comfortable. And the pull out is barely habitable. 'Property is on 4th floor almost at the end, so you have to walk the most with heavy bags..that was pain.. had problems with heating and cooling system. Also requested for 1 hour late check out at the time of booking, never received any response on top cleaning stuffs were sent to the property sharp at 10 am. Our friends rented another property on the same building and they could easily checked out late at 12:00 pm. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and proximity to the slope is unparallel.'

The answer was no. We didn’t ask for a refund. We just went and booked another room and left this place empty for the night. There are so many other nice places to stay in this area. I...

'the home was clean and very nice. '

'Photos show pool and workout room that was not included. Poor air conditioning system and beds were very uncomfortable'

'We enjoyed our weekend stay off peak season. Walkable to town. Clean. Everything you may need is provided. It’s an older house with character. The game room is a bonus for sure!'
