'We choose this hotel because it offers free pick up and drop off to the airport but apparently it's only every 2 hours so we ended up taking a taxi anyway. The bathroom is spacious but the shower and toilet aren't separated well so when you take a shower, some of the water will run into the toilet's floor. The bathtub is nice and big, it looks clean but they didn't clean the water outlet thoroughly because when i was gonna use it I saw black stuff around the water outlet and I had to clean it...

'We hadden deze nacht geboekt vanwege een visa run voor Thailand. Het hotel ligt op 5 minuten lopen van luchthaven. Bij aankomst was er een enorme rij van wachtenden om in te checken. 'Als transit passagier, we hadden 1 overnachting, was het zo fijn en comfortabel om een hotel op de luchthaven te hebben. Onze vlucht vertrok wel pas de volgende dag om 23.50 uur maar moesten om 12.00 uit checken. Gevraagd of we nog 6 uurtjes konden bijboeken. Mogelijkheid was er wel, echter moesten wij meer betalen voor de extra bijboeking dan voor een overnachting. Dat was heel jammer, en dat hebben we uiteindelijk niet gedaan. '

'This is a good hotel. Our studio was double the size of a standard hotel room, it had king size bed, a desk with chair and lamp, an eating area with stools and great lighting to read by. The staff were attentive and the small pool enjoyable, albeit the water gets quite warm.'

"We had an absolutely fantastic time at Grand Lexis Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the attention and friendliness towards our children were incredible. The staff went out of their way to make sure our kids felt right at home. They even received a special welcome package, and everywhere we went, they were greeted with a smile.
The family-friendly facilities at the hotel are top-notch. The private pools were a wonderful bonus, allowing us to enjoy time with our kids in complete privacy and relaxation. There were plenty of activities for the children, from play areas to organized games and workshops. The staff made sure our kids always had something fun to do and were enjoying themselves.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with excellent amenities. The entire hotel exuded luxury and comfort while maintaining a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.
In short, Grand Lexis Hotel is the perfect destination for families with children. We felt incredibly welcomed, and our kids had the time of their lives. We will definitely be coming back!
