'Wij hebben een 2kamer suite geboekt voor 4 volwassenen.
Bij aankomst in de suites bleek een kamer een kingsize bed te hebben en een kamer een queen size.
De queen size bed was absoluut niet geschikt voor 2 volwassenen. Hotel personeel gaf aan dat als er een 2 kamer suite met 1 kingsize en 2 twins zou worden gekozen er dan extra kosten aan verbonden waren, evenzo aan een extra bed op de kamer.

The room was prepared for the night when we returned for the night, the so-called turndown service. An issue I created was resolved instantly. 'I stayed here last year as well and really love it! This time it was also my 10 year anniversary and Sindhorn gave us a touching treat what was a really nice surprise. Facilities (swimming pool, room, location) are really convenient and just 15 minutes walk to a Central World mall and BTS train. Highly recommended and would come back here again.'

'Great stay at the So/ Bangkok over Christmas time. Very easy to reach out from Airport. Then next to Metro or BTS for visiting, perfect! The room was very large and the feeling “wood” great. We really enjoyed it as well as the breakfasts, a very large choice. We also booked the Christmas Eve buffet dinner and it was very good for a decent price, only a pity it did not finish with a party, just a dinner and then sleep.'

"Rooms were outdated. Pillows smelled bad. Our youngest child had a little accident in bed and they overcharged us for cleaning. We already paid for a extra night and they could have easily compensated it if they were nicer.
