Trendy hotel, large rooms but no african ambiance
It is a very nice hotel, large clean rooms. Pretty trendy and fashionable. Though you might prefer the Taj Pamodzi which has a more local (african) ambiance.

Prima hotel met alle voorzieningen die je wenst. Veilig en up to date. Aan de rand van Lusaka. Vriendelijk en goed personeel.

Goed hotel, matige service
Het hotel is goed gelegen, in de buurt van twee winkelcentra and langs de grote weg naar het vliegveld. Mooie kamers en gratis Wifi. Alles goed geregeld behalve twee minpuntjes: 1) De waterdruk op de derde verdieping is slecht waardoor douchen onprettig is. 2) Afspraken worden vaak niet nagekomen: heb 2x gevraagd om een andere kamer, maar niet gebeurd en de taxi die besteld zou worden om naar het vliegveld te gaan bleek niet gebeld te zijn. Veder een goed hotel.

•Elevator of the right as you enter the lobby not working foe 3 days •Bathroom tub rails broken •Water in tub not emptying when finished bathing •Strange how my expensive perfume was removed from the room by cleaning staff, though was brought back my cleaning supervisor, said was removed by mistake when she removed the dinner plates but i never ever ordered remove service •staff are very helpful, they swapped my room when i reported the broken rail and water not draining issue (thanks kelvin, works in lobby) • i stay here mostly because of the ease in parking and accessing my room

My stay was amazing, the service I received particulary from Winfridah Kalonde and Chondo Funda was outstanding, they are a credit to this hotel. Me and my wife stayed here as we were visiting my friend & his wife for his 40th birthday. We rented 2 rooms and both rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Washrooms are modern with standing showers and separate tub. The only item I would ask to be added to the rooms would be a microwave. Other than that, the staff assisted us when requested, and the door men always greeted us with a smile. I appreciated that. This is an excellent hotel for those visiting Lusaka and want a “home” as you see family or travel around the different regions.

This property was quite nice. Staff were all VERY nice. I especially would like to recognize Lwamba, head concierge, for addressing our concerns. I paid for extra day to ensure immediate access to rooms upon arrival, but there was still a delay even though I had several email communications with the hotel staff. Room with separate twin beds was not ready. Requested rooms on same floor, side by side, or very close to each other, and that was not done upon my arrival. Eventually got all issues resolved and enjoyed my stay. Laundry service fees are very high - charge by piece, not by weight, but was offered discount as conciliation for other issues. The staff were all so nice that I would stay there again.

Great hotel
Great hotel, facilities are amazing. Breakfast was really good and the staff were nice. The only real issues I had with the place are that I didn’t get the type of room that I booked, but the room was nice and spacious anyway. The other thing is the airport shuttle is extortionate. $35 would be a lot if you were transferred by yourself, but I was transferred in a full minibus, so at $35 each that’s $400+ for a 25 min drive

Breakfast a little disappointing, coffee machine broke down between 1st 2nd cups, hot food not very appetising. Otherwise all round v good I'd certainly stay again. Thanks !

Commitment and attentiveness of the entire staff. The hotel is also very clean. This hotel is absolutely worth every penny you pay.
