SUPERB STONE HOUSE very close to Saint-Emilion

Welcome to Lussac Saint-Emilion, less than 10 minutes from the medieval village of Saint-Emilion (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO). Ideal location for touring the wine route, at the crossroads of Saint-Emilion, Pomerol, Fronsac and just 35 minutes from the Bordeaux ring road, a perfect home for visiting the famous South West of France in peace and comfort.

You will be welcomed as our friends and our guests in our large and authentic stone house (200 m2) surrounded by a charming garden with trees of 1000 m2 with an exceptional view of the surrounding vineyards. Facing south, it is bathed in light and offers 4 spacious "luxury" en-suite rooms with 4 private bathrooms.

The house was entirely restored in 2019, combining the comfort of modernity with the charm of the old. Burgundy stones, old tiles, exposed beams, let yourself be transported by the timeless charm of this house in the heart of Saint-Emilionnais!

In the middle of the vineyards, you can take advantage of the private and secured swimming pool to relax during your entire stay, on your return from your escapades in the vineyard to discover the many Grands Crus Classés of the region or to visit Bordeaux.

On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen is warm with its rustic and very decorative notes, around its old fireplace. It opens onto a large open room with dining room and living room, an impressive height of ceiling lets see the 1st floor and gives this old farmhouse the air of an architect's house. On the other side is a large independent bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom (double sink, bath + walk-in shower) and a desk overlooking the garden.

From the living room, a staircase goes up to the first floor where there are three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms.

In summary: the house has 4 bedrooms with queen size double beds (160 x 200cm: possibility of organizing 2x 2 single beds on request), 4 bathrooms, 3 with baths and 3 separate WCs.

The beautifully planted garden of plum, hazel, fig, olive, cypress and even palm trees is surrounded by vines as far as the eye can see and has a pretty private and secure swimming pool (heated on request) sheltered by jasmin which will perfume your bath sun.

This beautiful house, decorated with care and lots of taste, is ideal for a week's stay with the family or for several couples. The region is full of activities and the Bordeaux ring road is just 35 minutes away.
