'This was the second most best up place I’ve ever stayed at in the USA. No elevator and no rooms available on the first floor so my back hurts from carrying my super heavy suitcase up the stairs. It barely passed the test as somewhere I would sleep as it had clean sheets and most things appeared to be wiped down, but the floors (although uncarpeted which I greatly prefer as it avoids terrible odors etc)were pretty nasty with all kinds of smudges, scrapes, goobery stuff, the walls were...

'This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever survived. Check-in started strong with after waiting 30+ min staff telling me I didn’t even have a reservation of the room with garden tub (shoutout to Expedia for apparently having imaginary photos of rooms). After settling, we got a room that smelled like a mix of gas station weed and straight-up farts. Amenities? Questionable. The hot tub had commitment issues (half the jets didn’t work), and the “heated” pool felt like an ice bath...

'Room was somewhat clean, but I always wipe it down myself and there was a lot of residue & untouched dirt. The shower hadn’t been cleaned at all. The building halls smell “old” and like cigarette smoke. Rooms are “newly remodeled,” but you can tell they cut a few corners.'

'The room was dirty, ketchup on the blow dryer, the mirrors were cloudy and the doors and door jams were filthy. I could see through the sheets and the blanket was super thin and did not keep me warm on a 5 degree night. There was a huge red stain on the chair. The bed was very uncomfortable, sunk down in the middle. I was up on and off all night and did not sleep well at all. The toilet seat was spongy and sticky. 'I stay here often , I like that they have a balcony and it’s in a good location rather it be for shopping or food, the phones are not connected due to some reason and some bathroom plugs might not work .'

'It looked like a 2-star hotel, I did not expect this. Everything looks pretty run down and old. A lot of doors also corroded, washroom has plumbing issues, hot water takes a while to come. Overall, unless the hotel is renovated, I cannot recommend '

'Guy on night shift was great and always on top of everything. He deserves a raise. Pool area was always clean and my kids enjoyed it. Our stay was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again'
