'Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

'Die Wohnung war super alles sauber nur leider sehr weit von London central entfernt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nicht so gut. Sonst war die Wohnung toll.'

'We never got the opportunity to stay in this home…the host cancelled our booking at 17:30 on the day we were due to move in. No communication, we had to chase him for a few hours. Finally at 5pm he rang to say he was on his way to meet us and then half hour later he called to say that he was cancelling our booking due to a water leak… but we didn’t believe what he was telling us. We then had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of the week. Terrible experience from start to finish!'

'We arrived in Southampton - contacted Pass the Keys to find out about codes to get into house and was told “sorry for the inconvenience, BUT your reservation has been CANCELLED”. No assistance to find another place! We had just arrived in the U.K. from Canada for a 10 day visit and at 8:00 am find out we have no place to go! 'No communication about how to get in until I asked so we were stuck outside for half an hour. It was freezing when we got in. Put the heating on straight away and it took about 5 hours to warm up as many of the windows need replacing and two of them are so broken they won't shut. The whole place has a cheap feel, bad bedding, not enough pillows, fridge noisy. I'm glad we only had one night booked. It was fairly clean. Lots of things offered on the website didn't exist, like printer or internet...
