'Mooi hotel in de bergen. De inrichting met antiek meubilair is smaakvol en komt niet oubollig over. De kamer was groot met prima badkamer.
Na een wandeling is de spa (Turks bad, sauna, bubbelbad) ook aangenaam maar een uurtje voor €25 pp vinden we aan de dure kant.
Het restaurant biedt voldoende afwisseling voor enkele dagen, een dat is fijn want er is verder niets in de buurt.
Veel wandelmogelijkheden in de directe omgeving.

They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. 'It’s uphill comparing to the other places in the center but so accessible for parking just Nextdoor though. And also Estacion de zabalburu is 5 minutes walk which is faster & easier to connect to the Intermodal bus station for the airport bus which you need not wait under the rain by the bus stop. And the fresh products buffet is AMAZING, not to mention all the smiley helping staff. No cattle in the room but coffee tea by the bar 24/24 next to the counter.'

De jongen achter de balie was zeer vriendelijk en we hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het zwembad is wat simpel en mist wat parasols. Parkeren kan eenvoudig (betaald) onder het hotel. Je zit vlakbij een mooi park, het Guggenheim museum en je bent in 20 minuten in het oude stadje. Aanrader dus! "
