"Excellent location, easy walk to many tourist attractions. We stayed for 3 nights which we then headed to Ha Long Bay for 2 nights. We left our luggage at the hotel without any issues.
Best part of the hotel are the staff! Very helpful and always there to provide any guidance about Hanoi. Shout out to Angela and Anna for always remembering our names and making our kids feel so special. I think I may have the name correct, Moon, the front desk staff at night was awesome as well.

"J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel début avril avec un ami. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était extrêmement amical et toujours prêt à aider. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, à environ 10 minutes du lac. Le personnel de la réception a organisé une excursion pour nous au Pagode de l'Encens.
