It would be useful if they could devise a system so that keys are available in this critical time in the afternoon so that people can gain access to their room and relax before the facilities open at 5 PM. 'The room was clean, pleasant and windows you could open! The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed our small evening snack, breakfast and lunch dishes. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and sauna. They don't have a jacuzzi but a refreshing jacuzzi type cool pool to use after the sauna. We loved the calm and Monet-esque gardens and look forward to our next visit when the outdoor pool and flowers are out. '

'Beautiful hotel with no expense spared on recent fit out with great furnishings. Very comfortable hotel with fantastic staff who's attention to detail is fantastic. I mentioned at lunch that I was Coeliac and laster when we checked in to our room gluten free biscuits were placed on the tea tray. A small detail but I have never experianced this before in an hotel. The food in the restaurant is also first class. Unfortunately we were unable to return on Sunday for lunch as it was fully booked!'

'Great stay lovely rooms recently done up and clean with great bed and shower. They even have fresh milk for tea. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. Definitely worth a visit.'

The hotel is in a good location for the Redjet passenger ferry and the high street with bars and restaurants.
