'Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Old Mill. Good location as we were planning to catch the ferry from Lymington. Nice gardens. Very helpful staff especially Yan who was knowledgeable about the wines. Very comfortable bed and evening meals were delicious. Definitely would recommend for a relaxing stay'

'Lovely hotel , restaurant service was very slow , we waited nearly 30 minutes for our drinks . It also annoys me how they now try and automatically add service charge to the room charge , I politely challenged this and was told that this has been introduced as the staff all earn a minimum wage .Note to hotel owners, pay your staff a decent wage !'

'Daisybank cottage is a must for anyone looking to stay in the New Forest. The room was perfect - spacious, spotless and huge fluffy towels in the bathroom. Lovely touches in the room and so thoughtful. Great breakfast and friendly welcome. Its perfect for various walks without the car to get to start points, and close to pubs and eateries nearby. I will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay. '

'This is a 15th Century building with the stable block converted into accommodation. The room we occupied was very large with all the usual amenities, pristine clean with a huge comfortable bed. The breakfast menu was comprehensive as was the dinner menu. My only suggestion is that a help yourself coffee and tea facility would enhance its facilities.Excellent hotel at the price.'
