'Property situated on quiet housing estate within 5-10min walk to beach. House just the right size for our group with 3 double bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, lovely south facing garden & good size lounge. Negatives are that all the floorboards upstairs are very noisy, as are the 2 showers, to the extent that they couldn't be used if people were sleeping. We also found a pair of secateurs on the wall outside which was a massive concern as our 5 year old granddaughter was with us! The keyholders...

'Came to stay for four nights. The property is in a lovely little close with parking. It was decorated beautifully and exceptionally clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy. '

'We wanted a quiet house with stunning views for my husbands birthday and we got just that. Such a well equipped and clean accommodation. The communication from start to finish was exceptional, they could not do enough for us and the welcome gift was a treat. So easy to walk into Woolacombe where you will find a selection of good restaurants and bars. We will be back'

'Het is een schattig huisje, wel afgelegen maar heerlijk rustig. Pubs in de buurt om te eten en kwartiertje naar grotere supermarkt. Leuke plekken in te bezoeken in de buurt en prachtige wandel paden. Wij hadden geluk met het weer een ook het buiten bij het huisje is aangenaam en groot, fijn om te zitten. Eigenaren wonen ernaast maar je zit geheel vrij, overigens erg aardige eigenaren :)'

'The property is very spacious, well equipped & very comfortable (like home from home). Views from both patio areas are stunning. Lovely short walk to Woolacombe beach and Mortehoe as well as other coastal paths on the doorstep. Host Johnny very helpful & friendly. We had a great, relaxing week & will definitely be looking to return. Thank you.'

'We met the owner upon arrive and where made to feel very welcome. The beautiful grounds, house and location was perfect. The family rooms were huge and perfect for little ones. The hot tub and games room was well equipped along with the kitchen. We bumped into the owners family down by the river and were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Thank you'

'Adorable and quirky little house, oozing with character. Comfy beds, great location for local shops and restaurants, and as a base to explore the area. Only slight negative for us was getting used to town noises as we live in a village. The Combat Collection at Cobatton, and Instow beach (both recommended by the host) are worth a visit, and my boys (16 & 14) loved outdoor laser tag at Survival Combat Games.'

'This property can allow you to have a break away from all the modern electronics that we have today. It gave me a feeling of being back in the 70’s, but it is a comfortable bungalow with an excellent view. The countryside provides for some excellent walking amongst sand dunes and along the seashore.
