'Ham yard hotel maakt je vrolijk door de inrichting met veel kleur en details. Personeel is vriendelijk. Kamers zijn goed uitgerust maar missen bijvb een nespresso apparaat of waterkoker. Dit hotel is niet geschikt als je 's avonds rust wilt. Toch wel gehorige kamers en neem geen kamer court yard ivm terras wat tot laat open is.'

'Everything was fantastic, but the best part was the staff. Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return.'

'I always frequent this hotel when visiting London and it was lovely as always only the fact that I had pre requested a late checkout cause my flight left at 9 pm an they had said ok then when I arrived the day before I was leaving I had received a note stating that the late check out was not possible and that i'll have to vacate at 12. After much discussion I was able to get a late checkout till 1 pm. Wasn't very convenient nor great since I am a frequent customer to this hotel.'
