'The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and comfortable and the outdoor area was amazing, the outdoor cinema, hot tub and lighting throughout was great fun. The owners couldn't do enough for us. We would definitely recommend. Great for any occassion and all ages.'

'Beautiful setting rural and quiet. Stayed in plough cottage which is very well equipped and was spotless on arrival. Kim the owner was very pleasant and helpful. There is a small fishing lake a two minute walk from the cottages and although it's a fairly new addition the fishing is fun and all the fish in excellent condition.'

'Love our stay, close to beach. Close to Mablethorpe. They even left us some goody’s like tea, coffee, surger, juice and biscuits. The owners where very quick at answering any question. Will definitely come again maybe next we will have a dog.'

'Great caravan on a nice quiet site. Good for dogs. Older caravan but perfect for what we wanted. Everything worked so no complaints. Have stayed in sister caravan on this site previously. Site has its on clubhouse that serve nice food and drinks and of course are very dog friendly. Close to beach and walk in to Mablethorpe. Would stay again.'
